"Get up! We've lost half the day!"
You were quickly pulled out of your slumber as Hoodie shook and yelled at you. Everything was a bit of a blur for a second before Hoodie tossed a rock at your arm. Grunting, you pulled yourself up, rubbing your eyes.
"What's goin on?" You ask groggily.
Hoodie hadn't noticed. He was too busy getting everything together. You watched quietly. You yawned loudly while stretching your arms. Hoodie noticed this and quickly walked over. Grabbing the hood of your jacket, he pulled you to your wobbly feet.
"What are we doing?" You asked while stabilizing yourself against the wall.
"We were asleep for way too long." He says while throwing your backpack at you.
You stumbled slightly as you reached down to get it. Hoodie was rushing around frantically. You snickered quietly. Hoodie, at the moment, reminded you of your mother. She was always rushing about, even at her old age.
   "Busy bee." You mumbled softly.
Hoodie looked over at you. "Huh?" He asked while shoving some stuff in his backpack.
"Nothing." You chuckle. "Just talking to myself."
He nods quickly. As you watched him everything from last night flooded back. You quickly started walking towards the doorway, your face burning. You had felt something for him last night. Your heart had yearned for him. Everything about him had intrigued you.
But now, you didn't feel those emotions for him. He was just... Hoodie. The guy who kidnapped you. Who has started training you. Nothing more than a strange friend.
Maybe I was still caught up in the dream, you thought to yourself. Yeah, just caught up in the dream. You took a few deep breaths. The blush slowly cleared. Hoodie quickly ran out out the door grabbing your wrist and dragging you behind him. You yelped as you tripped slightly, almost falling. Hoodie didn't seem to take notice.
"For crying out loud! Slow your *ss down before I fall!" You yelled at him.
He kept running for a minute before slowing to a brisk walk. He didn't seem too happy about the sudden change of pace. You were honestly too tired to care. Besides, you didn't want to fall and hurt your head. Suddenly that wound on your head came to mind.
"Hoodie, when can I see my wound?" You asked.
He shrugged his shoulders. "When we get a mirror." He answers.
You sigh loudly. There was no point in arguing you knew. But you were still curious. "Can you check it and tell me how bad it looks or if it's healing?" You ask as you run in front of him. He looks down at you for a moment before unwrapping the wound. You cheer inside quietly. Hurray! I won! You think to yourself.
"It looks better." He says as he rewraps your head.
"Are there stitches by any chance?" You ask while skipping beside him.
"Yes, and why are you so happy?" He asks.
You remain silent as you smile beside him. No reason, you think to yourself. You honestly didn't know, you were just happy all of a sudden. As you glanced over at Hoodie you couldn't help but wonder why you had liked him. Maybe it had just been the dream or maybe it had been something else. You weren't completely sure but you did wonder.
Hoodie quickly grabs you and ducks down into the weeds, covering your mouth. You jump but remain quiet, not sure of what's happening. Suddenly, you could hear voices and the crunch of people walking in the grass. Fear pricked your spine for a moment. Who could they be? You think to yourself. You swallow, unable to keep from placing a hand over Hoodie's. You were actually terrified you noticed. Hoodie remained silent before he stiffened as a man spoke.
"Hurry up already, for as much muscle you have you sure are slow." He said. That voice was for some odd reason eerily familiar. Hoodie seemed to think so too as he began to lean up. You could feel Hoodie's heart skip a beat as he let you go and quickly stood.
"Tim?!" Hoodie exclaims. You quickly get to your feet. Tim, or Masky as you preferred to call him, was just a few feet from you. You recognized his mask immediately. He stares in shock for a moment, just realizing you two were there. Next to him stood a very tall and built man. He had brown hair that was cut neatly, as if he were in the army. His attire was a green flannel and a pare of blue jeans with a belt and a buckle that read "champ of 2013" with a bull on it. He did look like the type who'd be riding buckin' Bulls. From how he was looking at you though made you want to kick his teeth down his throat. He was looking at you like you were some trophy to be won.
"Bri- Hoodie, why the h*ll are you here?" Masky asks, his voice filled with confusion. Hoodie turns his head slightly in a 'are you kidding me' type of way. Masky growls at him. "Answer me!" He snaps.
"Oh you know, frolicking through the weeds and enjoying the sunshine!" Hoodie says, sarcasm dripping off of every word. You plug your ears, knowing that he was about to yell. "What the h*ll do you think I'm doing?! I'm going to my place to train my proxy, you idiot!" He shouts at Masky. You roll your eyes out of pure instinct as he continues to cuss the other man out. You watch as Tim stands there, clenching and unclenching his fists.
"Uh, Hoodie..." You say quietly. Hoodie turned to you. You could feel the anger radiating off of him. You swallow, choosing your words carefully. "Would you like me to leave you two to your uh..." You shrug, hoping he'd get the gist of what you meant.    Unsurprisingly he did, but your heart dropped as he jerked his thumb at the other man. You'd rather jump in a pool of hot lava than be stuck in a room with him. Something about him was off and you didn't like it. That look in his eyes sent shivers up your spine.
"Take him with." He ordered, "I'd like to have a few words with my old friend." Hoodie said, his voice full of nothing but hatred.
You sighed as you started walking back to the abandoned shack. You could feel that man's eyes dragging over your body and there was no doubt in your mind that you were disgusted. This man, in all honesty, terrified you. Not in a afraid he was gonna kill you type of way, but that he would try and rape you kind of way.
As you two made it back to the shack you went and sat around the area Hoodie had slept. Something about it made you feel safer though you weren't sure why. It could've surprised you that Hoodie made you feel safer. His strong arms. His authoritative voice. He seemed to always know what to do.
You smiled warmly as you thought about Hoodie. The kiss you had shared with him in your dream. He seemed to make your head spin and butterflies form in your stomach. You stared at the ground dreamily before feeling a presence next to you.
You didn't have to look up to know it was the man who was with Masky. You shivered as you felt his breath hit your skin. Please just leave, you thought meekly. You knew he probably wouldn't. As causally as you could, you scooted away some. The man stayed where he was but you felt his eyes roam your body. You covered your chest as blush burned your cheeks.
Something about him wasn't right at all. Mainly the way he stared at you. It could make you want to throw up. It was as if he was staring at you as though you were naked.
"I'm Rick." The man suddenly said. You were silent for a moment before realizing he had spoken. More like it, you thought wryly. As you turned to him there was no mistaking that hungry, lustful look in his eyes.
Swallowing, you spoke. "Y/N." you said plainly before looking back at your feet. You could hear a rumble in his chest, as if he were purring. Pulling your legs up, you hugged your knees.
"I like that name." He says as he moves closer. You growled, scooting away again. He chuckled softly, standing up and moving in front of you, planting his hands on the wall, either side of your head. "You're cute... I love it when women play hard to get." He says in a husky voice. Your eyes widen as you look for a way out. He chuckles in a flirtatious way as he leans closer.
"H-Hoodie!" You scream.

Hey guys I'm so sorry that I haven't updated this in a while! I've had like zero inspiration for this book. And when I finally got inspiration I didn't have the motivation. I'm sorry it's kind of short but I'll try to update as soon as possible!
