You had stopped probably a mile from the town and set up a small camp. You hadn't spoken to Hoodie at all. Every time you looked over at him your face would begin to burn. You hated it so much!
He had remained silent himself, not even looking at you actually. You had tried to stay as far away from him as possible. It was really freaking hard considering you couldn't go more than twenty feet away from him without him running over and dragging you back to the campsite.
As you were setting up the campfire you watched as something was dropped in front of you. It was a (favorite candy). You looked up to see Hoodie crossing his arms, blush on his pail cheeks.
"I wanted to make a peace offering." He says quietly.
You take it slowly. You could tell he wasn't watching you. You began eating it. Though each time you even looked at his feet you knew that you were blushing. As you finished the candy and fire pit you stood up.
Hoodie had set about to making a small bedding area out of leaves, grass, and any other soft material. Noticing you were done he came over with a lighter. He lit the kindling you had gathered, lightly blowing at the flame until it's bright enough to stay lit on its own.
He then leaves and comes back with some larger pieces of wood. He places them in the pile. The flames hungrily lick at the wood, becoming larger and brighter. You step back, Hoodie remains still. The fire is to the point that it burns your skin to remain close to it. You walk over to the bedding area. It doesn't look very soft.
You lay down. It was highly uncomfortable. It itched like crazy and nothing supported your head. It wasn't soft at all, you just sunk to the hard ground. You rolled over, putting your arm under your head. It was not going to be a good night.
You heard walking before Hoodie sank down next to you. His gloves were gone revealing pail hands. As you looked at his hands you noticed that they had red hot blisters on the palms. You quickly leaned up taking his hand. He flinched slightly, taken off guard.
Sure enough, it looked like he had burned himself. You looked at the fire then back at his hand. Why on earth would he touch one of the flames?! You touched one of the blisters. He winced and jerked back slightly. You held onto his wrist tightly.
"Why would someone, especially you touch fire?! It's gonna burn you!" You scold him, glaring.
"I was standing too close. A couple of the flames came close and burned me." He answers weakly.
You only growl. "Where are your bandages? Do you have any burn disinfectants? We need to take care of this now."
He remains quiet. As you look up at him you notice that, from what you can see of is face, is flushed. You frown.
"I'm being nice, be happy. I'm still mad at you for being the dumbest idiot by laying on me and breathing on my neck. Now cough up the bandages, and if you have any, burn ointments." You order.
"I'll be fine Y/N." He says, trying to take his hand back.
You keep your grip tight. "Now."
"As your Master Y/N, I don't ha-" he yelps as you reach into his sweatshirt pocket. "W-What on earth are you doing?!"
"I'm finding those bandages one way or another." You answer, searching his front pocket.
His face is almost a crimson shade of red. You don't care though. It was a bit of revenge. He had embarrassed you, now you were getting him back. When you were done checking the front you pulled him to his feet and checked the back pockets. He let out a high pitched yelp. He wasn't struggling too much, but you wouldn't either.
As you went to check the other pocket Hoodie's free hand grabs your wrist. He's biting his lower lip his breath coming in ragged gasps. Surprise evident in the air.
"I command you to stop this nonsense." He says.
You glare. "Then give me the bandages." You say. On the inside you were worried that after this he would punish you but right now you were winning.
"I swear, I'm perfectly fine!" He says ripping his hand away.
You role your eyes coming closer. He looks down at you, his blush never leaving. You look up, determination in your eyes. He shakes his head no. Quickly, you reach into his other back pocket. He gives an uncomfortable squeal.
You hold back a smirk. You pull your hand out of his pocket. He pushes you back falling to the ground. He kicks his feet at the ground, crawling away. He puts his hands out in front of him.
"Th-They're in the front pocket of the b-backpack, just please stop checking me!" He exclaims.
You strut over to his bag, smiling proudly. You search through it, finding his bandages. There aren't any burn ointments but there are a few gel disinfectants. You take out a tube and a role of bandages.
Hoodie moves away slightly as you sit next to him. You role your eyes as you grab his hand. You squeeze some of the gel on the burn. Gently, you spread it over his hand. He winces every now and then. You begin wrapping his hand in the bandages.
When you finish he gives you his other hand. You clean it and bandage it as well. You hold his hand in yours a few seconds after you're finished. You pull away, looking at the sky. The sun was starting to set. It was absolutely gorgeous.
You laid down again, covering your eyes. You curled into a little ball. Even though it was summer the later it got the cooler. Hoodie sits a little ways away from you.
You blush slightly as your stomach growls loudly. Hoodie turns his head slightly. You reach your hand out.
"Can you give me my bag?" You ask quietly.
You feel something drop on your face. You open your eyes, pulling your bag away. You reach inside taking out a random dried fruit. You slowly munch on it.
You eat around ten pieces before putting it back. You were tired, the sun wasn't even down yet. You closed your eyes. Sleep slowly overtook you.As you woke up the next morning you noticed it was hotter. You begin panting. You weakly open your eyes. All you see is a dark... Yellow? You slowly pulled away until you noticed something was wrapped around you. You quickly looked up to see Hoodie. His face was still covered by his mask, but he seemed to be asleep.
Blush began to burn your shoulders. Placing your hands on his chest, you breathed slowly. You didn't know what to do. Hoodie's arms tighten around you as he murmurs something in his sleep.
You hold back a squeal. He buries his face in your head, mumbling random incoherent words. You breathe lightly, embarrassed. You lightly pushed against him, trying to get away. His arms suddenly stiffened.
You looked up. His mouth was slightly agape. Blush covered his face. You starred at each other, unable to move. You were close enough for your breath to mingle. Hoodie licks his lips. Though you couldn't see them, you could feel that you were looking into his eyes.
Everything was still. Only you and Hoodie existed. It wasn't a good thing either. You both were flustered. You couldn't speak. It was as if you were under a spell.
Thankfully Hoodie's senses can back to him and he quickly rolled away, getting to his feet. You sit up as soon as he stood up. Your heart was beating a mile a minute.
"Please forget that happened." Hoodie said while picking up his bag.
You nod while grabbing your own. "Let's just get going." You say, fully awake.
You two begin walking again. No words were exchanged as you traveled. You knew that Hoodie wasn't going to go through the town. You just followed him silently.
