Finding nothing good In the kitchen, we head back up stairs, tired as hell.
Deciding to go to sleep, we get into our beds and start to drift to sleep.
But I didn't sleep long, I woke up around 3 am to hear small cries.
I get up quietly, wondering why Chloe is crying.
I turn on the lamp beside the bed and sit up, "Chloe?"
She turns around, and looks at me.
"Oh my goodness come here!" I say. She gets up and lays in bed with me still crying crazily.
"Chloe! What's wrong?" I ask concerned.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to wake you." She began, "I just had a dream about my father, and got upset."
I had her in my arms, while we laid there in the dark.
"Tell me about it."
"The dream re played events that have already happened." She sobbed.
"What Happened to your dad?" I ask
"He was in a tragic car accident." She said, "and in the dream, re played it as it happened. It was like I was re watching it."
"Were you there?" I asked.
She cried, "yes. I was in the back seat."
"I'm so sorry," I said rubbing her back softly.
"Let's just not talk about it." She said.
She cried until she fell asleep into my arms.

We both slept in late, we slept in till like noon. And we still had homework to do.
I woke her and we get started.
I technically didn't have homework since it was my first day, but I wanted to help Chloe get it done since she was staying here the entire weekend.I helped her with everything and soon got it done by 2 pm.
We got all of her stuff rounded up from shopping, her book bag for school and her bag with her over night clothes in it.We put it all in her car so that when she had to leave later, it was already in her car.
"I need a car" I say, sitting on my bed in my actual room.
"Do you have your license?" She asked. I nodded. "And you're 18 right?" I nodded again, "so then why don't you get one?"
"I think I should get a job first." I say throwing ideas out there.
"I have a summer job, I don't have a job for all year, I think I'm gonna get one."
Chloe says. After talking for a bit more, Chloe headed home leaving me alone.
Even with my parents here, I felt alone, always.
As soon as she left, I went to my laptop and started looking for jobs.
