Hidden Romance

~Eleven

There were two dressers, one I used and one she used.

After we unpacked we planned what we were wearing on Monday and headed down stairs.

We sat at the bar in the kitchen, Ava gave us our breakfast and walked past us.

"Where's Mia?" I asked.

"That oaf is still in bed, I'm actually gonna wake her up for breakfast.."

Ava comes back with a half awake Mia who sits beside me on the bar.

We all eat in silence and then head into the living area while Mia offers to do the dishes.

The day was spent talking, gossiping, playing board games, watching movies, dancing to music, karaoke and other random things. And before we realized it, it was midnight.

The next day came faster than anything, and next thing I knew, we were waiting in line for that stupid hockey game.

We all got our seats and watched the game.

"How do you like this?" Chloe shouted at me while everyone was busy shouting and cheering.

"I love it!" I shout back, "I've never been to anything like this!"

Suddenly the team we were routing for scores.

"Ya!!" Chloe cheers beside me.
She looked so happy and peaceful.
It made me happy.

And that made me think of how she acted towards me.

What I noticed, was that she acted way way more different to me than when she's around Ava and Mia. And she's known them longer.

Maybe it's a best friend thing, but I honestly think it's more.

Call me crazy for saying this, but I think Chloe likes me. Or maybe I'm wrong.

I have to be wrong, but thinking about the fact that she could like me, makes me really really... Excited. I don't know how to describe it.

I just don't know..

Being jolted out of my thoughts, the our team wins!
Everyone shouting and screaming, Chloe turns to me and picks me up in a hug and twirls me around.
It was a very exciting moment.

Then the game ended and we had to struggle to get out of the building with everyone pushing and shoving out of the building.

It was so intense that I actually lost Ava, Mia, and Chloe and met them outside in the parking lot by their cars.

It was 9 pm and we had a good 30 minutes to drive from the hockey game to Ava's parents house.

The car ride was silent, and stuffed. Mia thought it would be a good idea to all get in one car. I'm re thinking her decision.

Finally we made it to her house. Mia parked he car and we all got out, making our way towards the front door.

As soon as it was unlocked, everyone practically ran to their rooms.

"Night girls!" Mia shouted heading upstairs.

Me and Chloe went upstairs while Ava stayed down stairs to watch tv and whatever.

Once we were in the room, I told Chloe I was getting in the shower and went into the bathroom.

I stripped my clothing, and got in.
