But Itachi

They struck at my clone for a while until Itachi got me or her against a tree with a kunai the her throat. He narrowed his eyes before slicing her throat. "Just a clone." he said angry but with a tinge of sadness? I opened my eyes and looked up to the sky and watched the stars and moon. I was weak from using chakra to make a clone after Kisame took most if it away. I didn't even notice the person who stood behind the tree.

"I thought all the Senshi were dead." I jumped into a fighting stance but he got behind me before I could react and he had my hand that held the kunai. "I only wish to talk." I heard Itachi's voice right by my ear and made me blush slightly. "Why do you want to talk to me, we're enemies?" I say with venom in my voice but with sadness tracing my half hearted words. He seemed to notice as he let me go and as I turned around his eyes softened. "Mizu we are not enemies. As our past suggests we are friends." he says with a smirk finding his lips. For some reason I feel heat rise to my cheeks as he watches me with those piercing red eyes. He smirks noticing this. "Mizu I've known you since you were young I won't harm you." I relax 'He's right I have no reason to be scared. Growing up whenever I was sad, mad, or something was bothering me he was the one there for me.' Thinking back to all the times he did things for me I ignored the fact he's a S-rank criminal and threw my arms around him crying. "Come on let's go somewhere private." I nod and let go as we walk.

We come to a small spring deep within the woods. "Mizu." I hear his deep voice say. I sit on the bank and so does he as I thought back to the days I would spent with Itachi training and playing with Sasuke I cry silently. I only whimper once at the happy memories but he notices and I jump at the feel of his warmth as he slips his arm under my legs and lifts me onto his lap he wraps his arms around me. I stare at him shocked but mold to him as I cry into his chest while he strokes my long red hair calming me. I slowly start to fall asleep against his hard chest. Just as I feel warmth on my forehead.

Itachi's point if view~

We sat on the bank of the water when I heard her make a muffled noise. When I look at her I see her eyes closed with tears slipping out. I feel a great pang of sadness, so I pick her up and put her on my lap as I hold her tight. She looks at me with wide beautiful eyes. She smiles ever so slightly and quickly hides it. She hugged me back and I held her until she fell asleep and without realizing it I kiss her forehead. I sit there for another ten minutes before standing with her in my arms against my chest. I slowly walk back to her camp not wanting to have to leave her but knowing I cannot stay.

Once I reach her team after five minutes I place her by the slowly dying fire ,very quietly while masking my chakra not wanting to wake the ones around us. I move a strand of hair away from her ear and leave.

Without notice there's a kunai to my throat. I look over to see silver hair shining in the moonlight.

"Kakashi" I say flashing away to the spot ten feet I front of him.

"What the hell are you doing here and what did you do to Mizu?!" He growls at obviously furious.

"I've done nothing to the Senshi girl." I reply staying stoic. He looks at me narrowing his eyes. "Itachi what are you planing to do to her?" he said readying his kunai. I narrowed my eyes "I was only returning her to you." I say and simply flashed away. 'She won't want me to hurt him.' I thought jumping from tree to tree.
