Recovery

I slowly opened my eyes taking in the light. Next to me was Kakashi resting in his bed. I sat up with a shooting pain in my back. "Gah!" I cried out getting the attention of a woman in the room tending to Kakashi. "Please don't sit up yet. Your still injured." I looked down and saw my upper body wrapped with bandages leaving my abdomen uncovered. I laid back down quickly blushing slightly. The woman giggled slightly. "He's asleep. Oh I'm Tsunami, Tazuna's granddaughter." She smiled sweetly like a mother. "Oh yes hi I'm Mizu o moyasu, but just call me Mizu." I said giving a small fake smile."Yes I no your little friends told me that you and Kakashi were injured in a fight. But right now you are to rest. I'll bring you and him some food in a minute." she said standing and then leaving.

A few minutes later she came in with two bows of ramen. I sat up with the usual pain but lower. Kakashi woke up moments after. "W-what happened were are we?" He said trying to sit up but failed miserably. "Damn that hurt." I chuckled and took my ramen from Tsunami while she helped Kakashi up. There was stomping and my eyes widened "OH NO!" I yelled just when Naruto and Sakura bursted in. Naruto tripped and spilled boing hot ramen on my neck chest and legs. "MOTHER AHHHHHH!" I reframed from swearing like a sailor in front if Tsunami. "NARUTO I'LL KILL YOU!" I yelled grabbing him by the collar and punching him into the hall. I stifled a scream at the burning pain on my neck and grabbed it coughing and moaning in pain. Taunami helped me and changed my soaked bandages in the bathroom. Kakashi and I were told to rest for a while. I would be able to move around by the next day but he was in much worse condition. So we only laid in silence the whole day till we fell asleep.

The next day I woke up seeing Kakashi reading his Pervy book wearing a black tight fitting muscle shirt like mine but his covered his neck and connected to his face covering his mouth and nose. He looked up from it "Good morning. since your injuries have healed you'll be moving into a room with Sakura." he said looking back down at his book. "Ugh why her? She too peppy and girly." I complained sitting up not caring about my have bandaged busty body."Because you can't stay with me." he said flatly. "Whatever I'm going downstairs for lunch." I said slipping on my black muscle shit. He nodded as I left.

I got down stairs and saw everybody at the table and a little kid in a hat. I sat down at the end of the table next to Naruto and across from Sasuke. "Good morning." Tsunami said as she placed a bowl I front of me. "Mornin." I mumble in a tired voice. I felt eyes on my so I looked up to see Tazuna Sakura Naruto the kid and Sasuke staring at me. "What?" I grumbled glaring at them then following their gaze to my stomach that had a large tear in the fabric and a long scar and other marks. "Ha that's nothin!" I exclaimed and laughed lifting my unbandaged leg into the table, grinning. "Now thats what I call injuries." I said laughing at their reactions. Sakura gasped covering her mouth. Sasuke's eyes widened. Naruto yelled "WHAA!?". Tazuna's eyes widened and said "Holy shi..." he stopped before Tsunami hit him on the head with a spatula. "Lanuage!" she warned."You know it's not nice to stare." Tsunami said glaring at the boys.

"Ha! Some ninja you are if you get that badly beat up! My grandpa will die if you're here to guard him!" he yelled standing on his chair, still being shorter than me. I have a very short temper and anger issues so him insulting me was not goin to end well. I leaned back and glared at him a minute making him sweat. Then I stood up and walked past Naruto to him. I looked him square in the eye. "What does a weakling like you who can't fight know anything about being a ninja?" I said calmly glaring at him. He swallowed "I can too fight!" he yelled then swung his fist at me, it landing on my cheek, my head didn't even move and my face never changed I only smirked at him. "HA! See I could punch you!" I raised my eyebrows at him and gasped lightly "Did you now? Well I certainly didn't feel it. But hey you're obviously angry so why not let you hit me? I mean really you hit like a kitten. You couldn't protect anything dear to you." I said smirking and walking back to my seat. He stood there gaping at me with tears welling up in his eyes. He ran out of the room wailing. "Ha wimp." I said going back to my precious ramen. Naruto gaped as well "Whoa Mizu how did you do that?!" he yelled in my ear. I closed my eyes and grabbed his collar. First: Inside voice ok Naru-Brat and second" I said letting him go. "Hes a little kid so it was easy working on his psyche and finding somewhere that hit a nerve. Oh sorry by the way Tsunami. I hate doing that to kids but I don't take insults." She looked at me "Well you are right he was rude so I don't blame you." I nodded and finished breakfast.

I got up for the table and went back up the stairs to my temporary room with Kakashi. When I opened the door he quickly turned around and then back to me. "Knock first please." he said. I laughed. "Aww come on Kakashi sensei you shouldn't hide you face. I mean come on it can't be that bad unless you have a mouth like the predator then I thank you for the mask." I said pestering him. "Shut up" he said placing his palm on my face and pushing me away.I laughed then I went to my bed and collected my things. "Well now you will have the room to your self." I said walking to the door. "Good day to you sir." I said closing my eyes and bowing.

I walked down the hall to Sakura's room and knocked in the door. "Come in." I heard her high pitched voice through the door. I walked in with a frown etched on my features. "We're sharing now." I said flatly flopping down on the bed and turing away from her. "Really? Yay! Now we can talk about boys and do each other's make up!" She said cheery. I rolled onto my back. "Fuck that." she frowned "Come on Mizu you have to have a girly side and a crush!" she said sad. I sat up. "Ok One; I most certainly am not girly. Two; I do not have a "crush" and if I did I'd have to kill you if I told you and I would do it without remorse." I said the last part with a close eyed smile and tilted my head. She lifted her hands in defeat "Ok ok got it." she said then went back to her business. I rolled over and went to sleep.
