I sat down at the lunch table with Luke, Michael, Kendall, and Calum. Calum was one of our friends that Michael met a few months back at Kendall's party I wasn't able to go to. Now it's like he's been our best friend forever.
"Okay, Why are those girls staring at me and giving me nasty looks? They were doing that in my first period too." I whisper, motioning to three girls a few tables away. Kendall glances over at them, Calum and Michael act like they are waving to someone across the lunch room, and Luke just looks over at them.
I nudge him and he looks down at me, "What?" He asks. "You don't just stare at them! Now they know I was talking about them!" I laugh at Luke. "Oh. Oops." He chuckles. I roll my eyes at him and take a bite of my nasty school food.
"I think they want Luke." Kendall crosses her arms onto the table, "Then why don't they just talk to him? Maybe they can stop staring at me then." Kendall laughs and rolls her eyes, I don't see whats so funny? What did I say?
"What?" I ask her. "Everyone knows Luke is basically taken." I flip my attention to Luke with wide eyes. "Lucas!!!" I slapped his arm, "Why don't you tell me this kind of information! Who is she? Oh my god!" I jump excitedly, This would be Luke's first girlfriend! Wow I seem to be more excited then him at the moment.
"I-I don't even know who she's talking about." We both turn our attention back to Kendall. "Oh come on guys! Everyone knows Luke is taken by YOU Audrey!" She points to me and I choke on my water. I was not informed of this new information?
"When the heck did this happen?" I ask anyone who could answer, "Yeah, Enlighten us?" Luke asks. "I never knew you two were this clueless!" I gave Kendall a motion to keep talking and she did.
"Luke has been taken by Audrey since kindergarten, Everyone knows that. You two have been inseparable since then!" I wanted to burst out laughing at this, So everyone basically said we were dating and never told us? Huh. Okay this is weird.
"Of course we're inseparable, We're best friends! We always have and we always will be. I don't understand why people think we're taken?" Kendall shrugs. "Everyone has been shipping you two for as long as they can remember you guys. I do too."
I groan at her, Why can we just be best friends? People always need to put labels on things. "Oh come on, you two act so much like a couple, just without kissing!" Michael buts in. "How? We act like best friends?" Luke says.
Kendall puts a finger up for us to hold on a second. She flips through her phone for a few seconds, "what is this then?" She turns her phone so we could see it. It was a selfie(below) from Luke's Instagram with the caption "Look at this beautiful girl 😍 wcw? @ Audrey_bear123

I bite my lip, "We take selfies when we're bored, what's the problem with that?" Luke asks. She puts her finger up again. Luke and I both groan.
