"You do realize you're completely and utterly insane." I yelled at the creep keeping me in this weird cell.

"Yes, maybe a little." He chuckled to himself not even breaking eye contact, that is, until there was a loud crash.

"Cat Noir!" I cheered as he crashed through a nearby window, the Akuma flew in right after him.

"Ladybug!" Cat Noir jumped out of the way of Trapper's chains. Cat saw my yo-yo lying on the table and grabbed it. "Looking for this My Lady?"

"It would be helpful!" I laughed.

Cat threw my yo-yo through the space on the cage that looked like a mail slot designated for food and water. My yo-yo shot through it like a rocket and I caught it gracefully. Now all I needed was the Akuma and everything would go back to the way it was. But where did it go?

"If you wouldn't mind Ladybug, could you hurry it up? This guy is seriously one messed up cat-tastrophe!" Cat yelled.

"I need the Akuma!" I shouted. There was only one thing left to do. "Lucky charm!" I exclaimed and my yo-yo gave me a....Bobby Pin? "What am I supposed to do with this?"

"You're hair looks great Ladybug. I don't think you need to fix a thing." He winked and attempted to jump away from Trapper's chains. He was too late and got wrapped in them.

"Not again!?!" Cat Noir complained struggling against the chains. "

I looked at the Bobby Pin and looked at the plastic door. There was a keyhole. That's it! I need to pick the lock! I hurried to the door and started working on the lock. It was more difficult than I imagined.

"Lady!" Cat breathed. "I could use your buggish charm right about now!" He exclaimed.

Just as I swung open the door Trapper yelled at me.

"Don't take another step Ladybug or else I'll squeeze the life right out of him." Then he released an evil laugh. Why did villains do that anyways? It gets really annoying after awhile.

"Talk about deja vu." I rolled my eyes looking for...THE AKUMA!

It flew right in front of me like it wanted to be cleansed of evil. I smirked a bit, realizing that Hawk Moth knew the villain he created was terrible. Hawk Moth was letting us take him down.

"No no no no no!!!!" Trapper screamed as I cleansed the Akuma. "You're mine Ladybug, all mine!"

He turned back to his version of normal. Cat Noir stood up from where he was dropped by the chains and walked over to Creepy Guy.

"She's mine got that!" Cat growled and punched him. He stood over the unconscious man breathing heavily trying to control the anger he was feeling. "I already called the cops so everything's covered here." He looked at me with teary eyes.

Cat Noir grabbed my arm as the police came and lifted me up to the rooftops with his staff.

"Cat Noir, what are you-?" He pulled me into a hug without saying a word. He held me in a death grip with one hand on the back of my head. He nuzzled his face in my neck and breathed in my scent.

"Cat..." I soothed.

"I can't lose you, you understand. I can not lose you, Ladybug. I was so worried! If that creep would've touched you..."

"But I'm fine and he's been arrested." I wrapped my arms around him in response. "You're never going to lose me, okay?" My earings beeped telling me that I was about to turn back into Marinette. "I'm sorry Kitty but I need to go." I tried to shove him away.

"Why? Why does it have to be this way? Ladybug, I don't want anymore secrets!" His voice shook telling me how emotional he was becoming.

"Cat!" I broke away from his embrace and walked towards the edge of the roof looking out along Paris. "Don't you see." I kept my back to him. "Let's say for example, we reveal ourselves only to find we know each other in real life and despise one another? We wouldn't be able to work as a good team anymore. Or say it's the opposite and we find out that we like each other. That'll cause problems too because you'll risk yourself to save me if I'm in danger and I'd do the same for you. We'd be too worried about each other's safety to get anything done." I sighed as much as I wanted to let Cat into my everyday life, I knew it just wouldn't work out.

"Ladybug, look at me." Cat demanded.

"No." My voice was cold. I was trying my best to hide the emotions I was feeling.

"Please." He pleaded. "Just look at me."

He took me by my shoulders to make me face him. I gasped as I realized I was looking in the eyes of Adrien Agreste. The guy I've been in love with since the first day I met him. He was Cat Noir!

"Adrien!" My jaw hit the roof and he looked surprised that I knew him.

"Disappointed?" He winced. He took a step back like his confidence had left him. He blushed and looked pained. Why was he so scared? He paciently was waiting for an answer.

"Just the exact opposite." I paused shaking my head. "This is awful! This is exactly what I didn't want to happen."

"What? Do we hate each other?" His eyebrows knit together with concern and confusion. But yet he looked hopeful.

"Not at all, I like you." Wow this was going to complicate thing IF he knew who I was.

"Then tell me who you are!" Adrien was clearly excited but for only one reason. Ladybug liked him. He wouldn't act this way if it was Marinette confessing to him.

"I'm the girl who's always been wanting your attention. The girl that can't even make a real sentence when you're around because she's head over heels in love with you." My earings beeped again. "I'm clumsy and fall down more than the average person. I always look like a complete idiot in front of you but most of all I'm the girl you never notice." And with that being said, I hooked my yo-yo to a nearby building and swung away before he could see my tears.
