Part 12

(JOHNNY'S POV)
...beautiful girl starring at me. "Hey Carter." Is all I could say. "Hey you're here already I hope I'm not late" she said. "Nope your not late at all I'm early...you look beautiful baby." I said to her. "Thanks baby" she said back. "Well we should get going" I told her. "Bye guys" I said to Pony and Dal. Carter and I headed out the door. I told her we were going out to eat first but I changed the plans a little.

(CARTERS POV)
We were walking and I noticed we were headed towards the lake. "I thought we were gonna eat first Johnny." I asked. "Well I thought maybe we could just go to the lake." He said. "Ok" I said in a fake excited tone. I was really looking forward to dinner with Johnny but I didn't want to show that I was upset, and besides just being with him was good enough for me. So we got to the lake and he laid out a towel. We both put our cloths and other things we didn't want to get wet on the towel and Johnny wrapped them up in it. He set that in a bush and I didn't know why but I didn't ask. He looked up at me and just smiled. "Golly CJ...your just so damn beautiful." Johnny said and blushed. I blushed too. "Thanks" I said laughing and covering my stomach. We headed out in to the water and Johnny began to swim away from me. I followed of course. "Where are you going?" I asked. "Where do you think?" He said. I knew we were going to that cave but I played dumb a little. "I don't know, Canada." I said. "Come you know where we are going CJ" he said. I just laughed and followed him. We finally got to the cave and when I went in Johnny covered my eyes. We got up on the sand and he uncovered them. I saw a blanket and some pillows laid down on the sand. I smiled. "Did you do this?" I asked. "Yup do you like it" he said back. "I love it Johnny how'd you get all this here without it getting wet." I asked. "There's a way to get in over there without having to swim." He told me. "Then why did we swim and leave all our stuff over there." I asked. "I wanted you to think we were just going for a swim." He said. "Well I love it" I told him. "Waits there's more" he said to me. He went over to another small cave within the big cave and came out with a picnic basket. Inside was some food from Dairy Queen and of course some chocolate cake. "How longs that been sitting in here Johnny?" I asked laughing. "well I had Darry drop it off when we were leaving so it hasn't been in here long" he said. We both sat down and enjoyed our food and just talked a little. It was so nice of Johnny to set all this up. It was way better than going out to eat at some restaurant. I just loved being with him, and being alone made it even better. After we finished eating we laid down together and talked. "So CJ sorry you got all dressed up for this, you looked really good though." Johnny said. "It's ok Johnny that dress was kinda tight anyway" I said. "Yeah but damn you pulled it off" he said laughing. We talked a little more then it got silent. We were just looking at the rock formations over us. "CJ?"I heard Johnny asked. "Yeah baby" I said. "I love you" he said. I looked at him and a smile spread form ear to ear. "I-I love you too Johnny" I said back to him. That was the first time Johnny ever told me he loved me. I knew I loved him too. He made me so happy. He leaned over and wrapped his arms around my bare waist. He kissed my head once then I planted my lips on his. The kiss lasted a long time and soon turned into a full on make out. We finally broke apart and we were both breathing heavily. We both blushed and laughed a little. Soon we were in each others arms and we fell asleep in the cave cuddling for warmth.
