"Oz, I will seriously run you over if you don't let go of my car." Damon was pissed and it was hilarious.
"NO!" I said snuggling the hood. "And you wouldn't dare run me over."
"Oh and why not?" he said arching his eyebrows.
"Because Trevor's mom would kill you." I said giving him a wide grin.
"Touché, I'll let you sit shotgun if you let go," He said defeated.
"Deal!" I said already opening the front door.
"What the hell! I already called shotgun!" Tyson shouted. I stuck my tongue out.
"Sucks for you." I said with a giant smile.
"Oh shut up the both of you and get in the damn car!" Trevor snapped.
"Somebody's grumpy..." Damon and Tyson both snickered at my comment. Trevor just gave a scary look causing us all, to quickly get in our seats. And with that we were off on our very awkward and long trip. (awkward, because no one spoke the entire time and long because there was traffic and the fact that Trevor lives in the middle of nowhere.)
(Tree, tree, tree, tree, tree, tree, tr-)
"Would you stop that!" Trevor said from behind me.
"No I'm bored and if you'd stop reading my mind there wouldn't be a problem!" there was silence yet again and I continued to look out the window this time staring at the lines on the road. (Line, line, line, line, line, li-)
"What are you a dog?"
"Shut it Trevor!" I decided to start a conversation since the silence was killing me. "So... how did you guys find me anyways?"
"G.P.S." Tyson said almost too happily. (Of course the collar had just G.P.S.... must be water proof as well... stupid thing.)
"I was a little pissed that I had to leave just to return, but that room you hid in did you build that?" Damon asked taking his eyes off the road for two seconds.
"Um... Yea, I used to build sets for my school plays so it wasn't that hard," I said getting cocky. "And when you're traveling to find-"I stopped myself. I was about to bring up something bad.
"Find what?" Tyson said curiously.
"Inspiration, I'm uh...Writer" I lied "I traveled the country for inspiration and I picked up a few things along the way."
"Oh... Cool," I sighed in relief. Thank gd they bought it. The car ride was silent after that and I began falling asleep. (No! Stay awake you... over... exhausted... ch.. child) My eyes finally shut for good and I drifted into a dreamless sleep.
When I woke up I decided two things. One, falling asleep and leaving myself vulnerable to three vampire guys was probably not the greatest idea. And two, I thought it would be better if I kept my eyes shut and pretend to still be asleep. I might get some info if I keep quiet.
"I'm hungry!" Tyson whined
"We'll be home soon, so keep your mouth shut until then or you'll wake her up."
"I don't care I want food!" this time he complained louder.
"Fine we'll get drive through for the six year old." Trevor sighed in defeat
"In this car, hell no! If we're getting food we eat there." I wanted to congratulate Damon for keeping his beautiful car safe from the dangers of fast food stains and weird smells, but I just stayed silent. Soon the car stopped and the boys prepared to leave.
"What do we do about her?" Trevor made a valid point. I hope they'd let me stay in the car.
"Leave her, she'll be fine." Damon said before slamming his door.
