'Come on, fuck sake!' I cursed as I kicked the trunk. Why won't it open?! I'm already late!
I pulled at it one more time, and it sprung open, finally.

I slung my backpack over my shoulder and took my bag out of the trunk, looking at the dent I made by kicking it. 'Oops...' I muttered as I left and quickly walked away. Pulling my beanie over my ears, I looked around.

Let's see, if I were a big bunch of green-vested morons, where would I hide?

It didn't take much time to find the green vests, and a small group of people aside from them, probably my travel-mates. 'Here we go' I huffed as I dragged my bag along. I saw a tanned boy arrive just before me, his suitcase had an aztec pattern and he wore ripped jeans with a loose tee.

I counted the people, including me, there were eleven. But the letter said there were supposed to be twelve? Then I must not be the last one to arrive. Some girl in a cobalt blue shirt pointed at me and said something to the others, when they all turned to look at me.

I felt uncomfortable being watched... Until a black girl with painted hair, dressed in black came to my help. She lifted the bag with ease, and dropped it when we arrived at the others. 'Uh, thanks?' I stammered, surprised at her strength. 'Welcome. I'm Taurus!' she smiled and shook my hand. 'Scorpio' I pulled my hand back and looked at the group while Taurus introduced everyone.

'Hey, there's the last one!' Pisces pointed in the distance at a boy with ash blonde hair. He was wearing dark sunglasses and pulled a suitcase along with him, while smoking a cigarette. Cancer scrunched her nose at the sight of it, and turned to her phone again.

'And you must be Aries' a male counselor announced when the boy approached the group. 'Better late than never, I suppose?' he added, when Aries blew a whiff of smoke in his direction, making the man cough. I was already not fond of him.

He stomped out the cigarette and walked towards us, Leo and Capricorn still gaping at him. 'What are you two looking at?' he snapped at them, indicating he was getting a little uncomfortable, which made me smirk.
Leo and Capricorn shut their mouths and started talking to the person next to them. 'Name's Aries, like you already heard' he shrugged and put his hands in his pockets. 'Taurus' of course Taurus spoke up first.

His gaze quickly shot down and up, causing her to arch an eyebrow at him. What a perv.
'I'm Cancer' she stepped up next to shake his hand, and there his eyes went again!
Cancer blushed, but still gave him a cold glare when she stepped back into the crowd. I decided to go and introduce myself next. 'Welcome to the squad, man, I'm Scorpio, and they are Gemini, Libra, Aquarius, Saggitarius, Leo, Pisces, Capricorn and Virgo' I pointed and introduced them, making sure I had a way too happy smile plastered to my face while doing so. At least we're done with the introducing now.

I clearly annoyed him, much to my liking, but played dumb and ignored his fiery glare.
I looked around, not feeling like really engaging in conversation, so I leaned against the lamppost and did what I did best: observe.

Capricorn mainly talked to girls or to Libra, using his hands a lot. Leo and Sag stuck by each other's side, as did Pisces and Cancer. Taurus talked to Leo and Sag, while Aquarius and Virgo also talked to each other and to Capricorn.
Gemini mainly talked to Pisces, and also with Cancer, who didn't say much.

The only ones outside of the talking bunch were me and Aries, sending me an occasional glare. I shrugged and went back to observing, until one of the counselors asked for silence.
She looked way too happy to be guiding a group of annoying teens, was the first thing coming into mind when I saw her.

'Hello everyone, and welcome to Teen Travels. We will hand you booklets with all the info you need when we enter the plane, but for now, all you need is your passport and your assigned seats, which are as follows;' a few groans escaped from the group.
'Row 22, seat A: Gemini, B: Aquarius, C: Pisces' Pisces gasped and looked at Cancer, worried. What's the big deal about not sitting next to each other for a few hours?
'Row 23, A: Sagittarius, B: Scorpio, C: Aries' I quietly groaned. Of course, of course I have to be the one to sit next to him. But Sagittarius on the other hand was okay, probably.

I didn't bother listening to the other seats, as I was more worried about how I'd survive sitting next to Mr. Badboy-wannabe. Maybe he was not that bad? Maybe, after sitting next to him a few hours, he'd loosen up a bit? Because I'm sure he's not actually the bad boy he claims to be.

We went inside the airport, checking in, and were then headed to the security.
Everyone got through just fine, until one of the boys I forgot the name of had to turn in a snowglobe that he forgot to take out from the last time he travelled. And there was some fuss about Leo's necklace, which was a key with a 'too pointy ending', but after one of the counselors explained something to the guards, she was let through as well. She looked genuinely relieved when she tucked the key underneath her shirt. Maybe I'll ask her about it later.

But even during the flight, I coudn't keep my mind off the key.
How could it be of so much value to her? Had she received it from a loved one? Was it connected to someone she lost? Was it just an accesoire? No that couldn't be, she wouldn't have made such a big deal of it then, would she? But I mean, I don't really know her, so I can't judge.

'Hello? Gem?' Pisces waved in front of my face, I startled. 'Um, yes?' 'What were you thinking about? You looked serious' she questioned.
'Um, I just, don't like flying' I lied, but seeing Pisces' face, I knew she didn't take it. She let it slide, though, and looked behind her, where Aries sat, surprisingly talking to Scorpio.
I thoroughly enjoyed flying, and I didn't know why I lied to her. Why wouldn't I tell her about the key? So I tapped her shoulder after I checked Aquarius was certainly sleeping.

'Okay, I'm sorry, it's not that I don't like flying' I began, she nodded, since this obviously wasn't a surprise to her. 'It's just that I'm very curious why Leo was so prone on keeping the key necklace with her' I whispered. 'Oh, you noticed it, too? I thought I was the only one' she sighed in relief. 'Well, maybe we can ask her after the flight' I suggested, she nodded.

I then leaned back into my seat, satisfied that I was probably going to find out what it meant.
