A loud car honk made me shot upright and bump heads with Pisces. The van swung to the right to dodge another vehicle coming our way. I gripped the edges of my seat, mentally praying we'd make it to our place to stay in one piece, when the van took a left and I heard gravel crunching under the van's weight. The vehicle rolled to a stop and I released the breath I didn't realize I was holding.

I woke Pisces up and stood up, stretching my stiff limbs to exit the van, and retrieve my suitcase from the trunk.

The warm evening air hit me, making me realize how much I'd love to take a shower.
Taurus and Pisces joined me and dragged their own luggage out of the back, when Scorpio, Saggitarius and Libra also got theirs.
The other van pulled into the driveway, the headlights shining some light onto four wooden cabins.

'Is that where we'll be staying?' I exclaimed, clasping my hands together in excitement. I love staying in the woods! 'The cabin furthest to the left is the girls cabin, all the way to the right is for the boys' a male counselor pointed out. 'What about the other two?' 'They are for the counselors' he responded.

I tried the cabin door, but it was locked. 'Here you go' I jumped when Levi, one of the counselors, held the keys up to me with a grin. I weakly smiled and opened the cabin door, greeted by a stale smell.

There was one bunk bed opposite to the door, and two more lining the left and right wall. Several girls joined me to open the windows, after shutting the anti-insect curtains of course.

'This is it?' I didn't even have to listen to her voice to know that it was Taurus. 'This dusty, stuffy cabin will be our room for a week?' 'Well, I'm glad we have beds?' Cancer tried, testing one of the bottom beds, and surprisingly, it didn't creak.

'B-but what about bugs?' Leo whined and held a small spray container which I estimated was bug repellent. 'We have the curtains' Gemini responded, clearly tired and therefore annoyed with the whining. 'Well, I don't know about you guys, but I'm tired as hell. I'm going to make my bed and sleep' I sighed and got out my clean sheets.

After a small struggle with the duvet, my bed was finally done when the others were still making theirs.
I took off my makeup, deciding I didn't feel like asking where the bathroom was to brush my teeth, so I got comfy, took my glasses off and fell asleep.

'OWW, YOU SON OF A BI-' '-Scorpio?' I asked the cursing shadow beneath me. He breathed heavily, I swung my legs over the edge of the bed and looked at him pacing back and forth.
'Are you okay?' I whispered, trying to cover up my giggling. 'Totally awesome' he groaned when he went back to bed.

I'm hungry. Careful not to hit the ceiling, I sat up to get my bag on the other side of the bed, rummaging through it until my hand hit some crispy package. Cookies! But it's not a good idea to eat something that'll leave crumbs all over my bed...

I took the package and snuck out of my bed, silently putting on my hoodie, taking my sneakers and stepping outside.

Taking a deep breath of cold forest air, I made my way further into the forest, until I found a big tree I could sit against. I walked around the trunk, when I found another person already sitting there. I jumped and the person stood up. I could vaguely see a rather tall girl, skinny, in shorts and a T-shirt. 'A-Aries?' she whispered, I sighed in relief. Leo.

'Yes, I'm sorry I scared you. Didn't mean to' 'It's okay' she replied and sat back down. I sat next to her, pulling out ny cookies and taking a bite.
I could feel her look burning, so I offered her one, she hesitated, but took it anyway.

'So, what brings you here in the middle of this late, cold night in shorts and a T-shirt?' I asked her, she chuckled. 'I just wanted to get some fresh air, couldn't sleep. But of course, I didn't bring a sweater because I didn't think it would be this cold' 'You want mine?' I blurted. I have no idea why I said that, considering I've known her for, like, a day? And if I give her my hoodie, I'll be freezing my ass off myself. But somehow, I didn't want her to be cold.

'Err... you sure? Won't you be cold?' 'I'll be fine' I assured her, and pulled the hoodie over my head, thanking the stars that I was wearing a long-sleeved shirt, so at least I'd have something covering my arms.

She gratefully smiled and put it on, it was a little too big for her. But only a little, since she was tall and not that much shorter than me.

After a while of just sitting there, I felt her slowly slide sideways, until her head leaned onto my shoulder. Her breathing was heavy, signaling she was sleeping, so, the coward I was, I didn't want to wake her up.

Fortunately, after ten minutes or so, I felt her shift a little, and then she lifted her head, rubbing her eyes. 'Oh, I'm sorry, did I-' 'Yes' I answered, a little harsher than I intended, so she looked embarassed. 'I-uh... think I have to go back. Good night' she stammered, and made her way back. I knew she still had my hoodie, but in some inexplicable way, I didn't mind.

What the hell's going on.
