How I became Savannah Solo Part 3

Saturday October 31st & Sunday November 1st

I woke up at 6:30 to let Duke out and then stayed up. Lydia made me breakfast and then I took Duke to the vet so he could get neutered. Since his appointment was in the afternoon he had to stay overnight. I then went to go meet Brad at the mall so we could get Halloween costumes for the party tonight. We finally decided on Lilo and Stitch costumes. We checked out and went to my house after we ate lunch. The party was at Justin's house since his parents were allowing him to throw it while they were away. The party started at 10 so Brad and I watched movies and ate dinner before getting ready.

Once we were ready we got into Brad's truck and go there early so we could help Matt, Justin, Kiley, and Megan finish setting up. Justin and Kiley were Jessie and Woody while Megan and Matt were Superman and Super Woman. By 11:30 the party was in full swing and the 6 of us went off to the kitchen to get a couple drinks while nobody was watching. Everybody was drinking but we had to make sure we weren't pictured drinking especially me. We danced for a while afterwords. By 3 am the party ended and most people had left. The 6 of us plus some football players and cheerleaders stayed over sleeping anywhere we could.

Sunday
I woke up to my phone ringing at 9.

Me: Hello?
Hope: hey Baby Horse
Me: oh hey what's up
Hope: just checking I didn't hear from you yesterday
Me: oh yeah sorry I was busy. I had to bring Duke to the vet and then Brad and I had to get costumes for the Halloween party last night.
Hope: party? That's why you were asleep.
Me: and still would be but yes
Hope: The sass is not needed but I'm sure can see how it went on your twitter feed.
Me: I'm sure
Hope: you weren't drinking were you?
Me: There was alcohol but my group of 6 had one drink in private and that's all
Hope: I figured thank you for telling me and being smart about it.
Me: I know well I have to go change and pick up Duke
Hope: alright bye Baby Horse
Me: bye Hope

I hung up and then woke up Brad so he could drive me home. I changed and then went to the vet to pick up Duke.

Vet: Duke was great and everything went well. He might still be a little loopy or tired but by around 8 tonight he should be back to normal. His stitches will come out on their own. In about a week and a half they should be gone.
Me: okay thank you

I paid the bill and then went home. I put Duke on the couch bed with me and we took a nap. I woke up and showered and then let Duke out. I ate dinner and then packed my cheer and soccer bag before going back to bed.
