Tears and Tears

As he vanished into thin air, I knelt down and cried. I cried cried and cried there.

"Scott...Scottt.." I yelled as I got up on my stumbling feets. It was now time to go home. I felt power in me suddenly. And I remembered that old lady's saying that Im still powerful.. and the power will come when I'll need. And I guess that was the reason of sudden energy in me.

I ran home as fast as possible wiping tears from my eyes. I reached and saw everybody waiting for me from the window. I swung opened the door and fell on my knees feeling dizzy. Anna and Jack ran to help me and others followed them.

They held me up to the bed and Austin sat beside me kissing my hand constantly.

As I got back in my senses, I suddenly got up from the bed.

"What happened baby? Are you alright?" Austin asked as he kissed my forehead.

"Why Austin? Why did you did this to Scott?" I cried. Hearing this, Austin didn't uttered a word and looked down in guilt.

"Why? When I was supposed to die, Why Scott?" I asked.

"How did you know that?" Austin asked in a low voice.

"Scott himself told me." I said as I cried.

"How can Scott? He's no more now." He said.

"Souls are said to be immortal Austin. Immortal." I said as I looked up, straight into his eyes.

"I didn't wanna lose you, thats why I took thats step. I wanted you to be safe, Ashley. I love you more than anything else in this world, baby." He said as he hugged me even more tighter this time. I hugged him back. Cause I know he's the one, who cares for me with all his heart.

"I understand baby. But I can't help myself from missing Scott." I said as I peeled him off my body.

"I know that. But he's gone. He's no more with us." He said as he got up and handed me a cup of milk.

"No Austin. He's not gone. He'll be here forever. With me." I said as Austin looked into my eyes for a moment or two. Then he carried on what he was doing.

In morning I woke up to see everybody outside. I got up from my bed and saw everybody outside sitting with father.

Austin looked at me and waved and told me to come down with his hand. I dressed myself and ran towards the door. I ran towards Austin and hugged him tightly.. Everybody gave me death stares.

"Come here, my child. Sit beside me." Father said and offered me to sit beside him with his hand. I sat beside him and he rubbed my back.

"Are you alright now?" He said as he rubbed my back constantly.

"Yeah. Im good." I said as I smiled a little. Of course that was a fake smile.

"Ok. So. I've got a news for you about the next step we all will be taking." Father said as I gulped.

Whom, Im about to lose now. I asked myself. Listening this from father's mouth, gave me a mini heart attack.

I knew that the destiny have as always planned something very bad.
