Chapter 29: Breakups

Corey's P.O.V

I was so mad at Peyton. I'm so glad I wasn't 'depressed' anymore. Sabby makes everything better. She always have. And ya know what? I didn't even feel guilty about going to talk to Peyton. He's been my 'friend' for too long. I've had enough. I drove up Peyton's driveway and went up to the door.
"Hey, Corey. What's up?"
"I gotta talk to you." He invited me in.
"Alright. Talk to me. I'll get us lemonade."
"Look dude. You've been flirting with Sabrina behind my back and in front if me. I don't appreciate it. But, I should've expected it from you since you have always tried to take what's mine. Ever since we were little. I can't stand it!"
"Woah, woah, woah. What? Here I thought you were gonna tell me how horrible you felt hitting me-"I
"Well I don't feel guilty hy punching you anymore. You have been flirting with my girlfriend. I don't think we should be friends anymore. Bye."
"Yo, hold up. You're leaving me cuz I flirted with Sabrina a few times?"
"It's not just that Peyton. You've kept secrets from me. You've lied to me, and you always take things that are mine, ever since we were little. But, I'm not gonna let you take Sabby away from me. K? She's my baby, not yours. Just deal with it. You can't have her. Got it? Good. Bye."
"Wait, wait, wait. Yo, Core, you are the one keeping secrets from me. We could have worked this out a long time ago. Why didn't you tell me? My God Corey. I thought our friendship was stronger than you and 'Sabby' being together. You like her more than me? Well she's an ass so whatever. I bet she made you do this. So whatever, you can have her." I paused, turned around, made fists, clenched my teeth, and went up to him with a tense body. I twisted his shirt and put him right in my face.
"Sabrina is the best thing that has ever happened to me. She is the sweetest, most beautiful girl ever. I love her to the moon abd farther. She is my world. My everything. She makes everything better, and always have. So don't call her an ass. Cuz she's not. I hate you and if it wasn't a crime, I'd kill you. I don't care if you were once my best friend, let alone my friend." I turned around to storm off, then turned around again,
"And by the way, she did not make me do this. She didn't even want me to do it." Then I turned around and left.
