Maddie's POV
"Whoah!" I awed. Ang ganda ng plating kahit omelet lang. Ang bango pa. Did he really cooked this? Baka yung yaya niya? Ay! Solo-on-condo nga pala. Baka pina-deliver lang? Matanong nga.
"Did you really cooked this?" Panigurado ko. Parang di kasi lalaki yung nagluto eh.
"Yeah, why? Unbelievable?" Psh. Parang magkakasundo kami talaga neto ah.
"Nothing, it's just that... It's suspicious. Baka may lason yan!" Acting ko sabay turo sa omelet. Baka madala siya. Hahaha.
"Do you think I would really make a lot of effort to cook you this?" Sabi niya sabay turo sa omelet. Kungsabagay nga naman.
"Oh--kay." Tipid kong sagot at umupo na sa upuan. Ang gara ng dining set niya.
"So? Are you going tomorrow?" Panimula ko.
"Tomorrow? For what?" Natatakang tanong niya. Nakalimutan niya na agad?
"Did you forget it? Dinner with fam?" Sarcastic kong sabi. Naiinip na talaga ako sa kaniya. Ambilis niyang makalimot.
"Oh. About that. Is your mom really serious?" Tanong niya sabay subo ng omelet.
"Sure as hell, baby."
"Baby? Kanina abs yung endearment mo for me and now, baby?" Psh. Slow naman neto. Nilalambing lang kaya kita. ;)
"Hindi naman. Its just that, parang trip ko lang na lambingin ka." Sabi ko sabay wink. Haha. ;)
"For what? Bakit mo ko lalambingin?" Himala nag-tagalog yung asungot.
"Wala lang, parang.... trip ko lang talaga. Hehe." Sabi ko at sumubo ng omelet.
And once again, silent atmosphere covered our whole breakfast. Parang ang awkward naman kasi na dito ako natulog. O baka ako lang talaga yun? Ewan. Parang di ko rin masabi.
"So, are you going or not?" Sarcastic kong tanong.
Naiinip na talaga ako kasi baka sabihin ni Mama na I'm very disappointing kasi napaka-selfish ng boyfriend ko. Selfish na rin kung selfish pero we're dealing with my dignity here. Ayoko na sabihin ni Mama na ang low ng standards ko when it comes sa pagpili ng lalaki.
"Of course, I am going. After all I chose to be your fake boyfriend." He said with his whole might. I never saw him this sincere before, even though we don't know each other that long.
"Thanks." I said and formed a slight smile across my cheeks.
"You're weird, you know that?" He said and smiled, smirk rather.
"When did you see a weird lady as pretty as me?" Sabi ko and wiggled my eyebrows. I like him with his annoyed.
Correction: WE like each other when we're annoyed.
"You're very annoying." He said and went inside the bathroom. Maliligo siguro. Hapon na eh.
"Whatevah." I said and fished my phone out of my bag.
I was about to take a picture of him na nasa frame nang biglang bumukas ang pinto sa CR. I quickly shoved my phone and acted na parang naglilibot-libot sa kwarto niya.
"Wag mo akong silipan ha?" Sabi niya then winked. Ugh. He was half-naked and he got those 6-packed abs. Bakit may abs yun? Este, baket ganun? Hoy Maddie! Get that out of your mind! Its not right, okay?
-Okay! Sabi ko naman sa mind ko.
"Ewww, you're not even worthy of my liking." I said and acted like puking with matching sound effects pa.
