Well, I got busted. Ms. Snow is quite good at knowing when people are telling lies. She figured it out after she found the pillow arrangement I made under the covers of Henry's bed to look like he was sleeping there. Luckily, it wasn't too long before Henry and the others came back. They brought two other people with them. One claims to be Henry's father, which I can believe, but the other woman looks strange. Not strange as in ugly, quite the opposite, rather she seems like she is hiding something. I noticed last night, the night before Henry got back that a car rolled in over the town line. I remember Henry telling me that unless you possess a special magic item, you can't cross in or out. It seemed to pull into the area where I used to live, very strange behavior, very strange. Once Henry is allowed to go out again, I think we should go investigate.

"Henry, did you find your dad?” Lily ate her pizza as she read the Storybook. For fear of getting grease on the pages, Henry turned the pages while Lily read them. The both of them again sat at the counter in the apartment, comfortable and safe.

"Yeah, but my dad's kind of strange though.” Henry turned the page slowly after taking a sip of his water.

“How so?” Lily put down her pizza and turned toward Henry.

“I don't know, he just seems...off"

Lily laughed awkwardly. "I think some guys are strange that way” She blushed with embarrassment, “You know, I'm really sorry I got you in so much trouble."

"It's okay, I know you just wanted me to find my dad, and I did thanks to you." As Henry further flipped through the pages of the Storybook, he recalled the short conversation he had with Emma,

"Look she might be a nice girl, but everything around her is a red flag! The house, the amnesia, the cursed locket. They all point to her having a dark past. Maybe her memories were sealed for a reason Henry!"

Henry tried to shake these thoughts out of his head. This was Lily we were talking about here. He knew her for two and a half months and never once did she show that she wanted to hurt him or his family, or anyone for that matter.

"Hey Lily?”

“Yeah, what's up?” Lily's gold eyes glowed with content and comfort.

“I-I know that we are trying to find your memories, but could we maybe hold off on finding them?”

“What do you mean?” The smile from her eyes began to fade.

What was Henry trying to get at?

“All I'm saying is...maybe they weren't meant to be found."

“What?!?” Lily’s brow furrowed in anger. “How could you say that?” She paused for a moment and began shaking with anger. “H-How could you say that after all the work we've done!?!” Lily stood from the counter and walked across the room with her head in her hands.

“You-” She shook her head and pointed toward Henry. “You don't know what it's like to have no memory of where you came from or who you are! You have a family, I don't!" Lily felt her face growing redder and redder as she paced about the living room.

How could he say such things? How unfair of him to say! What has gotten into his head? Was all this work and trusting him for NOTHING?

Henry rose from his stool and walked angrily toward her. "Why are you getting so upset?! I just said maybe to take a little break from finding them!”

“A little break?” Lily rolled her eyes. “How long would this break be might I ask? Because if you were me I would want to find my family!”

“We don't know what your memories are Lily or how painful they are going to be! How do we know your family isn't dead and gone?”
