Dear Mom,

You don't know how it feels to be hated, until your own mom makes you feel invisible purposely. You take my sister everywhere, even when I ask first. You tell me no about a lot of stuff, but my sister can have almost anything she wants because she has ADHD. I mean, seriously mom! I know you don't care about me a lot cause I'm the quiet one who's lazy, but I'm trying to be better. I'm trying the be the smart me you want. The "she" me you want instead of the real me. The perfect girl you want. Now I'm not a girl, and nor do I want to be, but I'll try for you mom. That's how much this invisible boy cares about you. I'm gonna get straight A's this year for you mom, then I'll get a good job so you don't have to pay for anything for me anymore. I'll move out even, if its what you want....

Love, your imperfect son,

~Matt
