Chapter 6

Me and Jay wake up by the speaker in my room going off. I get up and press the talk button.

" Yeah?" I say sleepy.

" Can you come here? I need help with something." Chase's voice answers back.

" Chase your right next door why didn't you come knock?" I say.

" I was too lazy to. Now hurry up. Bring Jay too."

" Lazy butt. Be there in a minute." I say. I walk to my bed where Jay is back asleep.

" Jay come on wake up. Chase needs our help with something." I say shaking him. He groans.

" I'm tired."

" I don't care, come on. I'll jump on you if you don't." I say. He waves me off. He asked for it I think jumping on his chest.

" Ooof. Kenz what the heck?!"

" I warned you. Now get up." I say getting off of him. He gets off mumbling under his breath.

" What was that Jay?" I ask even tho I know what he said. He said " This is what I go through every day."

" Nothing Kenzie."

" Good let's go." he follows me right next door to my brothers room. There my brother is sitting in the floor with Adam playing fifa 16.

" What do you need help on Chase." I ask.

He pauses the game and turns to me." I want one of you to beat Adam. I can't!" he whines. I rolls my eyes.

" Alright me first though." I say sitting next to Adam. I grab the controller and choose my team.

" Ready?"Chase asks. I nod." Ladies and gentleman let the 78th hunger games begin"

" I WIN!!" I shout. After three rounds of me and Jay going against Adam I finally win.

" Hahahahahahaha!" Chase laughs and does some weird dance. We all stare at him like he's crazy. He stops and looks at us. All of us have our phones out and we were taking a video. I look at the time, 8:30. Jay is looking at his phone.

" What's up?" I say nodding at his hand.

" Nothing. I gotta go home. I'll see you tomorrow." He says.

" Alright love you."

" Love you too. Night." He says before getting up to hug me. He hugs me tight and leaves. I turn to my brothers and wave bye. "Night guys" I say.

" Night!" They say and I leave. I change into shorts and a tank top and go downstairs for a snack. I make a nutella sandwich and pour a glass of milk. And take it to my room. Maddie is still up so we face time.

" What's up bestie!" Maddie answers.

" You seem happy," I say amused. I take a bite of my sandwich.

" Nutella?"

" Duh"

" My date went great. Matt is super nice and sweet, despite being in his first year of college."

" He's three years older?!" I say. Maddie cringes.

" Did I forget to mention that?"

" Yes!"
