Chapter 7: Fix Her. Please

Maya's POV

"Adeline escaped," says the male voice.

"Of course," I hear. So Adeline ran? She's free from this... this place.

"Put your hands up," I hear. It was the same voice but I could tell it was a policeman.

"Where's the girl?" I hear. "Where's Maya Hart?" The voice snapped.

"Over there," says a quivering voice. All of the sudden I feel the rope leaving my skin and people touching me.

"She's unconscious."

"It's going to be ok Maya, we are going to get you to a hospital," the man says.

"Scott, go call her mother," says a different man, well I figured it was a different man speaking. Wait a second, my mother hasn't gave up on herself? Doesn't matter, they found me and I get to home. Well, to a hospital.

Josh's POV

Riley, Auggie and Cory are all at school, so right now it's just Topanga and I till they come home. All of the sudden the phone rings and Topanga picks it up.

"Katy, calm down ok?" I hear Topanga says. "Are you serious?" This involves Maya doesn't it?

"What?" I mumble from the distance.

"We will be right over there," Topanga says. She puts down the phone and gathers her purse.

"What?" I snap.

"Don't ask any questions, we need to go get Riley," Topanga says. I quickly put on my shoes and follow Topanga out the door.

"What's going on?" Auggie asks as we pull him out of his class.

"I don't know," I whisper to him.

"I need to see Riley Matthews please," Topanga says. Corey looks at Topanga with fear in his eyes, all Topanga does is just nod her head.

"Go," Corey says. Riley gets out of her desk, puts her book bag on her back then walks out of the classroom. Topanga leads us down onto the subway station that was outside of the school.

"What's going on?" Riley ask Topanga as we climb onto the subway.

"You are just going to have to wait and see," Topanga says as the subway begins to go. Then it hits me, the subway was heading down to the hospital stop. This has to do something with Maya, it has to.

The subway stops and Topanga leads us off of the subway and out of the station. Topanga leads us straight into the hospital. Katy and Shawn were standing, waiting for us.

"Will someone please tell me what's going?" Riley snaps.

"They found Maya," Shawn says. Riley's mouth just slowly dropped, her face turned very pale too.

"Are you for real?" She asks.

"Yes," Katy says.

"They found her Josh," Riley says.

"I know Riley," I say with a smile. All of the sudden, Farkle, Lucas, Zay and Adeline walked through the hospital doors, with Corey not far behind.

"Where's Smackle?" Riley asks.

"She stayed after school to deal with some education stuff," Farkle says.

"So what's the news?" Lucas asks.

"They found Maya," I say. Everyone's face lit up except for Adeline's, in fact she looked a little upset.

"They found her Lucas. They found Maya," Riley says. Riley goes in and hugs Lucas with excitement.
