"I gotchu girl. But dont do this without telling anybody your thoughts." Renée said squeezing my hand

I sighed "I dont even know if Im really gonna do it. It was just a thought." I mumbled the last part.

"Well- Just know I got your back."

I nodded.

"Amari Anderson."

I looked up seeing a doctor with a clipboard and stood up. I looked down at Renée.

"Can she come with me?" I asked

She nodded and gave a friendly smile "Ofcourse sweetheart."

I waved at Renée and she was already following me with the doctor.

"So, What seems to be the problem?"

"Well...I think Im pregnant." I said nervously

She nodded "Well, We can find out for sure. First I need to ask some questions."

"Okay." I nodded.

"How many times do you have intercourse?"

I twisted my lips. "About 3 times a week."

She nodded slowly as I seen Renée smirk a little making me send a glare her way.

"Do you have one partner you have intercourse with?"

I nodded quickly "Yes."

"What have you been going through that's making you think your pregnant?"

"Well, I threw up three days ago. I caught a fever but its getting a little better. Um, I have sharp back pains in my upper back, but it only last a couple minutes if I lay down. Oh, and I be hungry...a lot."

She nodded. "Okay well, Im going to need for you to pee in this cup."

I hesitantly took it. "Can I ask you a question before I do this?"

"Sure."

"Okay, so if I am pregnant. Can I get a abortion?"

She gave a concerned look. "Well, it depends on how far along you are. But we'll just have to cross that bridge when we get to it."

I sighed as Renée rubbed her hand on my back. "You got this girl. Its gonna be okay. Just take deep breaths." she coached me.

I nodded and walked out and walked towards the bathroom once she showed me to it.

"Well, I have the results. Are you ready to hear them?"

I looked at Renée as she held my hand and looked back at the doctor.

"Yes."

She unfolded the paper and read it.
"Welp...I dont know if I should congratulate you or not. But you are..."
