Philly Linton Is Rainbows: Caspian is a little shaken up. His first dead person and all.
Of course he is.
Johanna types in a quick response before deleting it and throwing her phone on her bed.
She's taken a break from school to focus more on this case that is getting more and more serious. She's decided that the killer doesn't want to kill people close to Caspian because the killer wants Caspian safe. But she's putting him in danger but knows that Caspian will be ruined if she died.
Caspian would be ruined.
She grunts and runs her hands through her hair and getting them stuck in her wild curls. She sighs and flops on her bed.
Philly Linton Is Rainbows: When are you coming back?
She sighs and picks up her phone to respond.
Johanna Volfson: Don't know. I'm worried about more people getting hurt
Philly Linton Is Rainbows: Caspian's pretty beat up. He just seems really sad. Can't deduct him like you, but I'm assuming he misses you.
Johanna Volfson: Yeah well he can deal and he'll be a hell of a lot happier without people dying.
Philly Linton Is Rainbows: True. Did you hear about the new head of authorities?
Johanna Volfson: No
Philly Linton Is Rainbows: We're supposed to talk to him today. Can you pick me up?
Johanna Volfson: Sure.
With that she tosses her phone on her bed and slowly gets up and starts getting ready.

"Dude calm down," Izsac says as he watches Caspian grow more anxious.
"I can't," he protests rubbing his sweaty palms on his jeans. "I'm just worried."
"Yeah I know. You're worried about Johanna you're worried about dead bodies and you know what I'm worried about?"
"What?"
"I'm worried that you're gonna rip all your hair out or accidentally bite your finger off," he retorts.
Caspian sighs and starts to pick at his unappetizing food. He pushes it around his plate with his fork too deep in his own thoughts.
"Hey guys!" Phil says smiling widely at Izsac and nodding at Caspian before sitting down.
Caspian debates wether or not to ask him about Johanna. That's normal right? Just a simple question that will have a simple answer.
Just as he's about to open his mouth Phil starts talking again.
"Johanna's home. She's really stressed and didn't feel like putting in effort for school," he says.
Caspian closes his mouth as Izsac smirks at him.
"See Cassie? Nothing to be afraid of. Mister lover boy here was so stressed about everything like, he wouldn't shut up. What about this? Or that?" He mocks.
"Mister lover boy? What about every time you go running after a girl? Oh Cassidy she's amazing and Willow so beautiful," Caspian retorts putting a hand to his forehead dramatically.
Izsac flushes a shade of red and Caspian smirks in victory. Phil gives Izsac a strange look and then gets up and walks away.
Caspian's eyes trail after him as he exits the cafeteria, slamming the doors. He bites his lip and gets up, throwing the rest of his lunch in the trash bin.
He isn't all that hungry.

The final bell rings and the sound of kids running down the hallway and yelling rings in Caspian's ears. He makes his way slowly down the hallway, trying to clear his mind.
The heavy burden of seeing a dead girl of someone he used to know is on his shoulders. He should've said something. Anything at all.
A part of him hopes she would've showed up at school today smiling and laughing with her friends. That the previous night had just been a terrible nightmare and he had finally woken up.
But no.
He sighs to himself as he follows the mob of students outside. He sits down on one of the old benches and takes out his phone to text his mom. He unlocks his phone, and is surprised to see a little one next to his texting app. He clicks on it and open the message.
Blocked number: I told you to avoid Johanna.
Caspian squints at his screen confused. He had every intention to avoid her now. But a part of him knew that if she showed up at his window again with that shit eating grin he would come along gladly.
Everything was starting to kind of scare him. The dream, the body and now the text message.
However, another sick part of him is enjoying this. The thrill of everything happening is creepy yet exciting.
Someone could write a book about this.
He doesn't realize he murmured that out loud until he hears a guy yelling from behind him.
"Damn it that's my job!"
"No Lucifer your job is to fix the fourth wall," the guy next to him snaps.
The fourth wall? What type of drugs are these guys on? (I read too much supernatural fanfiction hehe whoops)
He dismisses the thought as he hears tires rubbing against asphalt and looks up to see the familiar impala pulling up in front of the school. The window rolls down to reveal Johanna smiling brightly.
She looks like she put in effort for once into how she looks. Her curly hair is down and obviously styled. Caspian decides he likes her hair better down. Her makeup is done and her lips shine with gloss. It took a lot to not stare.
"Hey Cas," she says smiling like nothing's happened. "Where's Phil? We have places to be."
"Don't know," Caspian responds pressing his lips together. "Last I saw he was angrily storming out of the cafeteria."
"Eh he's a wuss he'll get over it," she says smirking as if it's no big deal. Or as if she knows something.
Suddenly Phil comes running out looking a bit flustered. He spots them at the car and shuffles over to them awkwardly.
"What's gotten your panties in a twist?" Johanna scoffs as Phil slides into (your DM's) the passengers side.
"It's nothing," he mutters clicking his seat belt.
"Sure it is." Johanna winks at him before starting the engine.
"Bitch."
"Jerk."
"STOP BREAKING THE WALL!" They hear the guy that was scolding Lucifer(?) earlier.
Caspian raises an eyebrow but then decides that the guys are on drugs or something.

I need to stop.
Literally in every fic I read Lucifer is breaking the wall so I was like why not?
