"We are now boarding all first class members, family's with children under the age of 5, and elderly members on flight 545 to LA," the woman's voice echoes throughout the airport.

Johanna and Caspian get up and slowly approach the growing line.

Phil had left awhile ago as he wasn't joining them and was staying there but promised to keep in touch.

The line slowly moves getting the two closer and closer to escaping whatever's chasing them. Johanna is tired. She isn't wearing any makeup but her contacts are popped in. Her hair is messed up and she keeps yawning and impatiently checking her phone.

Caspian is terrified. He started having second thoughts hours ago. What was he thinking just going on a plane to LA of all places with Johanna? Who just happens to claim she's some sort of spy badass person. What if she's trusting to kill him? What if the plane crashes?

He takes a deep breath to calm down as they approach the woman who's scanning tickets and letting people get on the plane.

She scans Johanna's ticket and casts her a look nearly of sympathy.

"Thank you Ms. Novak," She says as Johanna walks forward a bit to wait for Caspian.

"Thank you," she scans his ticket. "Mr. Singer."

Caspian grabs the ticket back and follows Johanna to get on the plane.

Before they walk off he could've sworn her eyes turned white, but when he looks closer they look normal again.

Great now I'm hallucinating.

He shakes off the thought and follows Johanna.

Johanna said they would have to have fake names for security purposes. She also said that he would have to come up with a new personality when they arrived in L.A. When Caspian had asked where they were going Johanna has responded someplace so crowded they wouldn't be noticed.

They shuffle into their seats, Caspian next to the window and Johanna next to the aisle.

Johanna immediately rests her head in her hands and sighs deeply.

A heavy silence hangs between them, Caspian rethinks everything he's ever done and Johanna feeling guiltiest than ever. She can sense Caspian's fear in the air, she doesn't even have to look at him .

"I'm sorry Cas," she finally says breaking the awkward silence.

"Say again?" Caspian says even though he knows exactly what she said but couldn't believe it.

"I said I'm sorry," she says looking up at him.

Caspian tries not to notice how she's still beautiful even though she looks so tired and her hairs messy. He's 110% positive she doesn't even imagine them in that way, and he doesn't want her assuming anything with that big brain of hers.

"Why?" He finally asks.

"I never wanted this for you," she says breaking eye contact. "Any of this. I tried so hard for you to have a normal life."

"You did?"

"Yeah," she says leaning back in her chair. "There's something I want to tell you."

Caspian nods to let her know he's listening.

"You know my parents died," she starts her voice steady. "You just don't know how."

She doesn't know why she's all of a sudden telling him this. Maybe it's because he put all his trust in her, enough to go on a last second plane ride to LA. She hasn't told anyone about what happened to her parents that night. She prefers to stay hidden, to keep secrets so no one can betray her.

But she trusts Cas. She hasn't trusted anyone this much for a long time. She hasn't trusted Phil, Mr. Alabaster or anyone with her deepest darkest secrets.

But she still trusts Cas.

"My parents died from a serial killer," she says staring out the window as they start moving. She keeps her voice quiet in case anyone was listening. "It had been a great day. I don't even remember it but I know it was fantastic. I had gone to bed happily and woken up from a really loud bang. Extremely loud especially for my 10 year old years. I had creeped downstairs wanting to know what the noise was. When I approached my parents room they where gone so I had gone to the kitchen. In front of my parents there was a man. He was very tall, bald and wasn't facing me. My mom had been bound to a chair and was gagged. She had bruises and scratches on her face and her hair was messy. She looked very scared. I remember immediately trying to get away but I was too late. The man turned around and knocked me out."

Caspian could tell she was struggling to tell him. He knew that she was nervous finally telling someone about this. She kept fidgeting with her hands and avoiding eye contact. Her voice was so quiet Caspian had a little trouble hearing her.

"You don't have to continue," he says keeping his voice low and quiet like hers.

"I have to," she replied even though her voice shakes. "I woke up tied to a chair with a gag of my own staring face to face with my mom and dad. I didn't see the man anywhere. I tried to get out to do anything but nothing worked. Suddenly the man appeared behind my dad and I tried to warn him but obviously couldn't. And then the strange man killed him."

Johanna's voice is flat and monotone. It's obvious to Caspian that she was trying not to cry.

"He didn't make it easy for my mom though," she continues. "He tortured her, took her gag off made her scream and she died from blood loss. I remember crying so hard it hurt and I wanted more than anything to get my parents back. I wanted to join them. I wanted to die and I was 10. But then he just knocked me out again and I awoke in another strange place. Do you remember when my entire family disappeared for a few months?"

Caspian nods his head remembering when the cars where gone and the family was no where to be found.

"Well I was with that man in his house," she mutters sourly. "He tortured me. Ungodly terrible torture," she takes a deep breath. She looks she wants to say something, but decides against it. "But no matter how much I begged him he wouldn't kill me. Then one day I was thrown against the wall and one of the stones pushed out slightly. As soon as he was gone I pushed it all the way out and made a dash. I ran for who knows how long until I found a town with, gladly, some nice people and they got me help. But there's one thing,"

She pauses as if deciding wether or not to tell him or not. She takes a deep breath and continues on.

"Actually 2. One thing that was so strange about this man is that his eyes where white. No color just white. I think they where contacts meant to scare us more. The second is that right before the other man came in to torture me, a different man came in and told me something," she looks straight up at Caspian. "If you're lucky enough to leave this house, never ever speak to Caspian Edgar again."
