"WHAT!?!" Obito and I exclaimed. I could not believe what Izuna had said.
"Um, could you repeat that please?" Confused, I asked again.
"As I said before, it's better off if my brother stays dead." He said with a stoic expression. I had no words.
"Actually, I agree with you Izuna-San...."
It was pretty obvious that Obito was joking. This is no time to joke! I thought. But before I could call him Baka again, he continued.
"......he's a stubborn, cranky, and cocky geezer!!" He waved his hands as if to represent how big of an annoyance Madara was. Then again, Izuna's expressions stayed the same. Obito was going too far.
"BAKA-Senpai! Stop!" I smacked him hard in the head with a scroll.
"Woah....(Name)~! That hurt!" Stumbling a bit, he rubbed his head. I sighed. Izuna smirked a little as if he was laughing at our stupidity.
"But, why? Did Madara-Sama do something to you in the past?" It might have been wrong to ask since I felt him activate his Sharingan. He must have hated his past. The wrathful aura was telling it all.
"No. It's just that I regret giving him my Sharingan. If I didn't, he would've been a better person. The Sharingan is maybe why he became thirsty for power..."
Izuna looked angry, but I believed that the anger was meant for himself, not Madara.
"Then the Sharingan you have now is not yours but the one that Kabuto implanted?" The fact was new to my ears, but now I knew how Madara got the Mangekyō Sharingan. Izuna nodded.
"I should be clear about things, Izuna-Sama. If Madara-Sama stays in the hands of Kabuto the world will be in chaos. I suspect Kabuto will use his Edo-Tensei collection (including Madara) to attack Konoha and the other villages. If that happens, it will be horrendous!"
Although I didn't dislike the idea of Konoha (and a few other villages) being destroyed, I would not be able to stand it if it was done by Kabuto.
"Are you sure?" Despite all of the explanation, Izuna seemed to have doubts in me. Sooner or later, he would have to agree to save Madara, I thought.
