The closer I got....

"Finn." I said through gritted teeth, "He took him, that son of a bitch."
Damon stroked my back to comfort me but I shook his hands of.
"Damon. He is threatening me, again. He threatens the people I love. We have to stop him; NOW!" I half shouted and speeded downstairs while I dialed a number.
"Hello, Ca-"
"It begins. Kill him. Kill Finn Mikaelson." I demanded and hung up.
"Who did you call?" He took my hand and kissed it.
"Ric."
"You sure you wanna do this?" Damon's eyes were full of concern.
"Yes. Finn needs to die and then Kellan will be free."
"Okay." The famous Damon Salvatore-smirk appeared on his face.
"Go and I'll be there in some minutes."
When the door closed I took the whole bottle of scotch, downed half the content and threw into the fire.
This wasn't going the way I want it. This would go terrible wrong.
Suddenly my phone buzzed and when I saw the caller ID my heart ached.
Bonnie.
"Hey." I answered slowly.
"Callie, go to the Mik-" Was all she could say before the line went dead. 
Oh no. No. No. No.
Damon, be there a bit later. Love you.
I texted and rushed out and over to the Mikaelson mansion.
When did Finn get his hands on her?
Not even bothering to knock, I ripped the door open and looked straight into his gleaming eyes.
"Hello, love. How can I help you?" Klaus smiled sweetly.
"Where is Finn?" I spat.
"Well, my stupid, suicidal brother is apparently wandering through town with his psycho 800 years-stalker-girlfriend."
"Sage?"
"Yeah, the groupie. Anyway, why are you looking for him?" His voice was like silk.
"He took Kellan and Bonnie."
"Oh," An evil smirk played around his lips, "Bonnie is my guest right now, love."
My jaw dropped. What?!
"Nik, who's at the door?" Rebekah walked closer with a knife in her hand.
"Hey Bekah." I tried sweetly.
"Ah gosh, why are you here?" She asked pissed.
"Easy, sister. Dearest Callie is looking for Bonnie and her friend-" He looked at me, "What was his name again?"
"Kellan." I rolled my eyes.
"Ah," Rebekah's eyes gleamed. "Tall, beefy, tan sufer boy?"
"Yes." I said confused.
"Well, I was accidently running into him. He's here, Callie."
My eyes whidened.
Klaus had Bonnie and Rebekah took Kellan?! What the hell was going on?
"Why is he here with you, Rebekah?" I stuttered. 
"Well, you've been unfaithful, hurting Nik's feelings and helping kill me and my family. Guess what? That's my revenge."
"No."
"You've started this."
"What? I never helped killing you!" I half shouted and looked from Bekah over to Nik.
"You didn't?" Rebekah was mad.
"Sister." Nik took a step in front of her. "You are looking for Finn to do what?" He asked and looked deep into my eyes.
I shivered and gulped. "To kill him."
He deserved the truth.
"Ha! There we have it!" Rebekah exclaimed and pain was burning in Klaus eyes.
"What? This doesn't proof anything!" I was confused. What was she up to? 
"No, doens't it?!"
"Klaus what is she saying?"
"Did you forget it? There is this little magic-family-blood-bond. So if you kill my stupid brother Finn, we'll die with him."
"No, there is no bond."
"Yes, there is." Rebekah said in a duh-tone.
"But uh, they destroyed it." Now I felt out of the loop.
"Oh, looks like they were lying." Klaus looked at me and I started shaking.
They would never lie to me. Damon would never lie to me. He loves me. They would never do this.
"So you are telling me that my boyfriend and all the people I love and trust lied to me?" I tried to sound harsh.
"Yes, they did. And that's why Bonnie is staying here and your surfer boy is here in pain." Rebekah sent me an evil smirk.
Damn it.
"What do you want with them?" I asked Klaus with tears in my eyes.
Suddenly his expression changed and he looked at me with warmth in his eyes.
"Well, I need Bonnie to lift the spell." Klaus explained and I nodded. At least he's not threatening her.
"And why Kellan?" Now I turned to Bekah.
"I thought all of you would stop hunting my family down but it looks like they didn't really care about him."
I gulped. I failed Kellan, didn't I?
"But now you are here." She smiled sweetly and my knees got weak.
I stambled back but Rebekah grabbed my arm and pulled me closer to her.
The knife went right into my stomach and I gasped in shock and pain.
"REBEKAH!" Klaus shouted.
I dropped down onto the floor,
I saw Klaus throwing her against a wall before I blacked out.

"Callie? Callie."
My head was pounding.
"Huh?"
"Here." I looked up. "Kellan!" I gasped.
His hands were attached to some chains in the ceiling by bear traps.
Blood covered his bare chest and a tarp was laying underneath him.
How classy.
"What's going on?" I asked quietly.
"Rebekah. She's enjoying herself." He joked and I sighed.
"Not funny. We need to get away from here."
"Yeah, have luck with that."
"Gosh, Kellan. We are getting out of here.. NOW."
"I don't think so. Not even Bonnie seemed to care."
My eyes whidened.
"What?"
"She left an hour ago and yeah.. no one is here saving us."
"Then they'll be here any minute.."
He raised his eyebrow at me.
"Look who's up again." Rebekah tapped me with her heel.
"Hello, Bekah." She sighed rather annoyed and Klaus walked passed her. 
"I am sorry, mate." He said to Kellan and released him from the chains.
"Love, I'll go and try to safe my brother now but when I will return we should talk, okay?"
I had to look up. "Okay."
Rebkah said and followed Nik out of the room.
After they were gone I walked over to Kellan. He looked shattered.
His chest was covered with some small cuts and some of them seemed to be really deep.
"I'm so sorry, Kellan."
He nodded slowly and sat up.
"Maybe I just doesn't fit in." He sighed.
"What are you talking about?"
His face changed and looked full of pain now.

*Damon's POV*

The Mystic Grill was empty; No Stefan, No Elena and- most importantly- No Finn.
"Where the hell are they?" I mumbled while Matt handed me my daily Bourbon.
"You looking for Stefan and-?"
"Yep, where are they?" I popped the 'p' and raised an eyebrow at him.
"At the back."
Next second I was outside and stumbled into a fight.
Stefan, Finn, Sage, Elena. Wow, a gang meet up and I'm not invited?
Sage tried to get Stefan away from Finn but Elena pushed a stake through her shoulder that pinned her to the floor.
Finn and Stefan were still fighting. I looked for the white oak stake and grabbed it while I made my way over to Finn.
"Stefan!"
He looked up and pulled Finn onto his feet. The stake went right through his heart.
Sage screamed in pain and kicked Elena away.
Before she could go for me Stefan snapped her neck.
We all breathed heavily and looked at the ash that was left from Finn.
"He's dead."
"Along with all the others." Elena smiled.
"No they are not." Klaus entered the small ally and looked at us with disgust.
"Kl-" Elena looked confused.
"We lifted the spell before you could kill our brother." A single tear was in the corner of his eye. 
Callie. Oh my god, Callie.
"Where's Callie?" I asked fearful.
"She's at my house because you failed her."
My heart ached because he was right.
Klaus turned around and left.
Elena tried to say something but I stormed out of the ally.

*Callie's POV*
I still couldn't believe what Kellan was telling me.
"Callie?" He ripped me out of my thoughts.
"Kellan, I can't believe what you are telling me right now!"
"Please, you have to-"
"Understand?!" I shouted. "No! You are telling me that you don't fit in the whole vampire thing! That you don't want to live like this?!!!"
"Callie." He begged with tears in his eyes.
"You've asked to kill you." I was sobbing.
Kellan just nodded sadly.
I took a deep breath and grabbed a stake from the cabinet.
Next on I sat down beside him and concentrated on his thoughts..

*Kellan's vision, his POV*

We sat at the beach, the waves breakin in front of us.
The huge, beautiful California-sun was about to sat.
I had my arms wrapped around Callie.
We were pretty tanned.
Suddenly she got up and started to ran towards the sea. Her short, white dress was flowing in the wind.
Callie turned around and sent me a beaming smile while her hair drifted through the air and covered half of her face.
I got up and ran after her. As we went into the water the waves broke at our legs.
When the water reached her hip she stopped and turned around.
She slowly walked over to me and smiled seductive.
The second my lips were about to touch hers I felt a sharp pain in my heart.
"Callie." I whispered.
"This is how your live suppose to end, Kellan."
*End of Vision*

*Callie's POV*
Kellan lifeless body dropped down onto the floor with the stake in his heart.
Tears streamed down my face.
"Love." Klaus exclaimed concerned and wrapped his arms around me.
"What happened here?" He looked at Kellan.
"He wanted to die." I said between sobs.
"I'm sorry, love."
I nodded and looked at Klaus.
"Where's Finn?" I asked and looked around.
"He's dead."
"What?"
"Damon killed him."
"Nik-" I hugged him.
"It's okay."
"No, it's not! They failed me! The betrayed me! I can't stand them any longer."
He looked at me suprised.
"What are you trying to say?"
"I wont go back to them. Not within the next weeks."
Klaus nodded understanding.
"Can I stay here?"
"Sure, love."
I got up.
"We should inter Kellan." I said and Nik nodded.
He digged a whole in whick we burried him.
"I am so sorry, Kellan. But I am also thankful. You brought me back to life." A single tear rolled down my cheek.
Klaus wrapped an arm around me.
"I can't stand this town." I whispered sadly and looked into the sky.
"Then we'll leave town for a while."
"Okay." I agreed suprised and hugged him while he smiled.

*Damon's POV*
I was already at the Boarding house as well as Stefan.
Suddenly Sage stormed inside the house.
Before I could get up she kicked me to the floor.
"Stefan!" I tried to warn him but I was to late.
"YOU KILLED THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!" She shouted.
"Because he deserved it." I grinned dirty and pulled in another punch from her.
When she stopped I got up and went over to her but she already had a stake in her hand.
"No!" Stefan screamed and I closed my eyes.
I love you, Callie.
Nothing happened. I opened them again. Sage was dead as well as their little boys.
"What the hell-?" I mumbled and exchanged confused looks with Stefan.
All of sudden the door opened and Klaus entered the room.
Oh wow, no we are going to die.
"Klaus." I said drily and looked at Stefan quickly.
"I am here to pick up some of Callie's things."
"What?" My jaw dropped.
But he just ignored my question and went upstairs.
I stood there like in trance.
What happened? What has he done to her? Where are they going?
Klaus came back downstairs.
"Goodbye."
"Wait." I half shouted.
"Yes, mate?"
"What happened with Callie?"
"You betrayed her. She leaves town for a while."
I was shattered when he left through the front door again.
"She's gone." I whispered.

*Callie's POV*
Klaus entered the living room with my bags.
"We can leave now."
"Okay." I dried my tears and got up.
"Where do you think you're going?" Rebekah entered the room as well.
"We are leaving town for a while." He explained and walked out to his car.

When we were in the car he turned on the radio. Abrupt Clarity from Dillon came on.
The lyrics echoed in my head as we passed the Mystic Falls sign and reached the highway.

The closer I got the less I could feel. the louder I got the more it seemed real.
