"I'll be the safest psychotic bitch in town"

I started driving as fast as possible. I had to stop on traffic light, when Damon called:

"Yep."

"Callie where are you?", Damon sounded worried.

"On my way back." I lied. I smiled, when I met Damon I was a terrible liar and now I was a pro.

I thought about how Damon and I had met. At a party. Elena didn't thought that this wasn't the beginning of a serious relationship, but it was. He told me everything and I still loved him. And then Elena met Stefan. I grinned when I remembered how happy she was.

"Callie? Did you listened to me?", Damon alomost yelled.

"Sorry, what?" I said soothing.

"Elijah gives us an elixir that will bring Elena back to life!!" he said, "and now we'll find something for you.", he added. 

I sighed "Yep, we will. Okay Damon, I have to hang up. Love you."

"Love you too." and he hung up.

After some minutes I arrived at the apartment. I heard loud music, for sure she was alone. I knocked, the music was turned off but no one answered. I shook my head and opened the door with the keys I had stolen from Alaric.

I entered the room and give her a provocative smirk:

"Hello, Katherine."

"Callie? What are you doing here? Not busy with sayin' Goodbye.?", she said with a dirty grin. 

"Nope. They found something for Elena and now..."

She smiled, "..and now you want something that can safe YOU?"

"Yep.So any ideas?",I sighed and sat down on one of the chairs. 

"Well, I think you have to kill you sister, but she will come back. So we just have to figure out what will stop Klaus from taking him with you. If they don't kill him."she said.

"Yes, but he said that he's not the only one who's 'interested' in me. So how can I safe myself.?" I asked her.

I could see how Katherine's eyes lightend up "What if you are a vampire.?"

I was shocked. Katherine wanted to turn me. But then I actually thought about it. It was a good idea. I nodded: "He said that he'll need me alive as a human." 

"Perfect!", Katherine smiled and went over to the kitchen and grabbed a knife. She smiled and looked at me while she cut her wrist open.  "Come on, Callie. Have a drink." she smirked. I stood up and got right infront of her. I looked at her and hesitated for second, but then I grabbed her wrist and started to drink. It tasted good. Sweet and like nothing I've ever treid before.

I stopped and looked at her.

"Nice.", she smiled, "next step." At first i didn't understand what she was talking about and when I finally realised it, she cracked my neck and I went blank. I woke up and gasped for air. 

"Welcome, Callie.", Katherine laughed and helped me up. He handed me a glass of blood. I drank it greedy. She walked through the room and said casually: "I called Damon."

I almost spit out the blood "Why?"

"Because you need to leave and he'll find out anyway." she said.

I nodded. The door sprang open. Damon.

"Katherine! How could you do that? And why did you even want that, Cal?" he yelled at us.

"I want to stay here. I want to be safe and alive. Please.", I sighed.

He looked at me. And he understand.

In a flash he was infront of me. He looked me into the eyes and wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer. We kissed. The kiss took my breath away, it was completly different then our kisses when I was human. This kiss was powerfull, passionatly and full of desire.

He broke away from the kiss and took my hand. He kissed it and grazed a ring onto my finger.

"Above and beyond, Callie."
