Alohamora || Fred Weasley

A few weeks had past and Charlotte hadn't heard anything else about the philosophers stone from Harry, she had hoped that he and his friends had given up the idea. She was in deep thought when she heard her name being called by Professor Flitwick.

"Charlotte are you okay?" The teacher asked

"Oh yes sorry sir." She asked as he carried on with his lesson

"Lottie are you sure you are okay?" Fred asked

"Yeah I'm fine why?"

"Well, you have kinda been out of sorts lately." George stated

"So tonight we were thinking of teaming up with Peeves to prank Professor Quirrell" Fred replied

"What sort of prank?" The brunette asked

"That's for us to know -" George started

"And you to find out" Fred finished with that the twins turned back to their charms work.

The ending of the lesson couldn't come quick enough for Charlotte. She quickly exited the classroom before the twins and Flitwick could bombard her with questions. She went straight to the library and went to sit with her Hufflepuff friend Cedric Diggory.

Cedric was a very popular and handsome boy in Charlottes year. He was in Hufflepuff and he was seeker on their Quidditch team. As much as Charlotte didn't like to admit it she fancied Diggory and she was glad the two had become friends as she enjoyed his company and his looks.

"Ah well if it isn't my favourite Gryffindor." Cedric spoke as he looked up from his book.

"Ew it's that annoying Hufflepuff again" Charlotte replied laughing when Cedric started to.

"I would say I'm offended however I think the laugh gave away that It wasn't intended"

"Yeah just a tad!"

"Right, well now that your here where are the twins. I don't want them to interrupt my studying." Cedric said clutching his book to his chest

" I don't know where they are, I left them at charms. Anyway what are you studying for?"

"Oh yeah, Don't you remember that Qurrirel has set us a test next lesson."

"Oh no! I forgot that! Please quiz me quick."

"You silly girl." Cedric said ruffling her hair. "Name two signs of a werewolf!"

After 5 hours of studying and flirting the two young students parted ways to arrive at there respected common rooms. When Charlotte walked in she could see the two twins in the corner, their red hair was visible from a mile away.

"Tut,tut,tut! Where have you been Missy?" George asked

"What's it to you!" Charlotte stated while smirking at the two

"That's all we get? You have missed dinner and all we get is a 'what's it to you'" Fred replied putting his hand to his chest.

"Fine! I was with Cedric studying on the library." At the mention of Cedric's name Fred tensed up. He was jealous. At this next moment he pulled Charlotte on to his lap. "What's that for?"

"You looked weird standing up!" Fred said looking at the young Black girl "I had to look up at you!" 

"Okay, so when is this pranking masterpiece going to happen!?" Charlotte asked

"Oh right that's tonight, we are meeting in the common room at 11:55pm and bring Isla and the map!" George said

"Okay. Well if we are going to be up pranking all night I'm going to need a nap, so I bid you boys farewell." Charlotte said as she waved and walked up the stairs of the Gryffindor common room.

It was 11:45 and Charlotte and Isla were walking down the stairs with the map in hand in order to perform this masterpiece the boys had conducted. As this was all the boys idea the two girls were very worried about what they had planned and the consequences that could occur.

Once the 3 boys had arrived the 5 set off down the corridors of Hogwarts until they arrived at Qurrirels office. They opened the door using Alohamora and crept inside where the mayhem would occur. The boys have the two girls a job to do each. Charlotte was in charge of charming all the things that needed to be charmed while Isla was told to keep look out as she didn't often like getting her hands dirty.

After 90 minutes of hard work the prank was finally completed. All of Quirrells office furniture was either invisible or floating and it was only able to come down or reappear without the password agreed by the 5. In addition the was also a bucket of slime on the door,set so that the next person who walks in would get covered in a sticky blue substance.

The next morning the five walked into their first class of Defence against the Dark Arts. They say down on their table of six where Kathleen Weathers was sitting.

"What did you 3 do!? Qurrirel has been up there screaming for the past half an hour." Kathleen asked motioning towards the two redheads and Charlotte.

"It wasn't just us, I mean Lee and Isla helped!" Charlotte said quickly defending herself. "Damn Potatoes!" As Charlotte said those two words a few large thuds can from the office as she had just uttered the key words.
