Jeni »

"Wow, Ten hyung really went all out," Jeno said looking at Ten's gift.

The papers he wrote for me that was stuck onto the Deoksugung Stonewall Walkway walls, the red ribbon with white stars, a portrait of me during our first date, a beautiful scrapbook of our time together. There wasn't much, but he managed to fill it with words that came from his heart.

"Yeah, he sure did," I said with a smile. "I'm surprised that dad's okay with this."

"Me too," Jeno replied. "I thought you were gonna get kicked out of the house or something."

"I know right," I said and we both tried imagining that.

I immediately shook my head at the horrible imagine and focused on Jeno.

"Thanks for the new iPhone cover. I really needed one."

"You're welcome," Jeno replied. "Anyway, have a good night sleep Jeni noona."

"You too Jeno," I said and Jeno walked out of my room.

"Jeni! You're so lucky!" Chaeyeon squealed after I told them where the two of us went after the party.

"I didn't know he could draw," Doyeon said curiously.

"Jeni," I heard Pinky calling me as she entered the classroom. "Can I please talk to you, privately?"

"Sure," I said and got up to her.

We walked out of the class and stood near the opened window.

"So? What do you want to talk to me about?" I asked.

"It's about my relationship with Jeno," Pinky said with sadness.

Jeno and Pinky have broken up from what Jeno told me two days ago. But, the two of them were fine yesterday during my surprise party.

"We're not together anymore," Pinky said and I nod.

"I know, Jeno told me," I said.

"Aren't you angry?" Pinky asked in confusion.

"Not really," I admitted. "Because first of all, it's really none of my business because I have nothing to do with this. Secondly, I know the two of you like someone else, I don't see why you two should still be together."

"Thank you so much for understanding, Jeni," Pinky said and hugged me immediately.

"You're welcome," I replied hugging her back. "I'm just curious when you first accepted my brother, did you actually love him?" I asked her.

Pinky hesitated before answering and shook her head. "I did have a little feeling for him, but it wasn't enough to be called love."

"Ah, I see. But, I wished you didn't accept him in the first place," I said to her. "But that doesn't change our friendship, so don't worry," I said with a smile. "But if Jeno was upset, I would have slapped you or something."

"Completely understandable. Thanks, Jeni," Pinky said with a smile.

"Don't mention it. Anyway, are you going to tell Chaeyeon and Doyeon?" I asked her and she nods her head.

"I'm just going to them most probably after school," Pinky said and I nod.

"You should tell them, let them know. You don't want any awkward moments don't you," I said and walked off.
