Chapter 5: The Creeper

Well, as the bell rings I realized I was being stared at. I act like I was just simply picking something up off of the ground and slightly out of the corner of my eye, I saw a dude staring at me.

I come back up and write down on a piece of paper, "look over <--" and slid it over to Hunter. He looked at the paper and then looked over and caught the creep staring just as he was whipping his head back to the front of the classroom.

"Looks like someone has a secret admirer," he whispered jokingly with a sly smile and slight chuckle.

I raise my hand and ask to use the restroom, as I stand up I look at Faith and she immediately stands up and follows behind me. As we walk out the room I think to myself, ' WHAT? She is truly amazing, I mean I just looked at her and she know exactly what to do! Amazingness!'

"OMG what a creeper!" She half whispers, half screeches to me as the door closed behind us.

"I know right, and then when I pointed it out to Hunter, he actually had the audacity to joke around about it!" I whisper back to her with a tiny bit of annoyance edged in my voice.

"Well that's charming." She says with a laugh. We finally get to the bathroom and just turn around because we just realized the bell is about to ring. As soon as we walk into class the teacher looks straight at us.

"Well, Ms. Dev, where have you been?" He said to Faith with aggravation ringing in his voice.

"Oh well, sir I am truly sorry I didn't mean to just get up and walk right out of your class it's just I can't stand just thinking about how incredible your lessons were, so I just had to tell someone you know." As she said this the teacher simply smiled and completely forgot about it all.

Well, then the bell rang and it was time for the next class. I go to my seat and get my stuff but right before I could stand all the way up, someone tapped me on my shoulder. As I turn around I realize it's the creepy dude.

"Hi! My name is Mavrick. You are really cute and I was wondering if you wanted to go to the movies with me?" He said to me with a sign of pure confidence.

"No thank you." I say with a little smile.

"Why not?" He asked as if his whole world just fell apart.

"I'm sorry but......I.....already have a boyfriend." I say as I gracefully grab Hunters arm and intertwine my hand into his. Hunter looked down at my with a look of interest and surprise on his face.

"Well, it looks like you have a good one there. Better keep an eye on her. I mean if it were me I would never want to lose her!" Mavrick said to Hunter with a cheesy smile on his face like he just gave out some words of wisdom or something. Like seriously who does that?

Hunter looks up at Mavrick and thanks him for telling him something he already knew. Well, as we start to walk, I stay like that to make sure Mavrick doesn't try anything. As we walk out the door, Hunter simply bent down and kissed me on top of my head and that's when I knew something had kindled.
