As I ran out the front door of the school, practically dragging Hunter behind my, I scanned the parking lot for Erin's car.

I asked her for her keys earlier this morning. She gave them to me with no question because she owes me for teaching her how to fight, which was still going on because she keeps forgetting what I teach her.

As soon as I saw her car, I unlocked it and told Hunter to get in. At first he looked at me like I was crazy and was unsure if he should. I gave him a stern look and he slowly got in.

"Do you even know how to drive, because last time I checked you are still 15?" He said, sounding very nervous.

I laughed and said, "Of course I know how to drive." I stole a quick glance at him to see his face. He looked kinda scared and disturbed.

"Wait, who's car is this?" He asked spinning around and looking at me like I robbed someone.

"Erin's."

"How does she have a car? Isn't she our age?"

"No. She's in 10th grade, and she has this car because she can drive." I said with a sly smile and a look that said, 'Duh, common sense, please use it.'

As I start the engine, I sped off campus and down a road where trees were all over. Hunter looked at me as soon as I started to drive and couldn't take his eyes off of me. He had a pale face and horror written all over it.

"SLOW DOWN! YOUR GOING TO KILL US!!!" Hunter screeched as I laughed at him. I was speeding at 90 mph. We were on a deserted road about 10 miles away from school. I was taking Hunter to my favorite hiding place.

"Ok, ok, I'll slow down." I said as I looked at him.

"Awwww, you poor baby. You look like you saw a ghost, do you want me to pull over so you can get some fresh air?" I laughed, even though I was a little concerned, I still kept driving, not as fast, but still not slow either.

"No. I'm fine, but can you at least tell me where we're going?" He asked as color started to return to his face.

"Awww wouldn't you want to know." I said flashing him a cheeky smile.

"Yes I would."

"Well that's to bad because your just gonna have to wait." I teased.

******

"This is gorgeous!" Hunter looked all around him as the trees surrounded us. The creek was running gently and quietly a couple feet away.

"I know, that's way I brought you here. It's my favorite place to go hide when I don't want to face the world." I said walking over to the creek. I took off my shoes and slowly dipped my feet into the water.

"Well then, it's my favorite too." He said, wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Hunter, we need to get to know each other before we get too carried on." I said feeling his arms loosen from around me. I grabbed his arms before he let me go, and turned around to look into his gorgeous green eyes.

"But that doesn't mean you have to let go of me." I said as I looked at him and smiled gently.

"Ok, I understand." He said, slowly leaning down.
