Hello there^.^

Some basic first; All the first chapter explains How reader-Chan met Haruka.

This period is when Makoto and Haru joined in Iwatobi swim club in elementary school.
Its ok if you think that this chapter is boring but that way you will learn
more stuff about reader-chan :P

At first, when I heard that, I freaked out. I knew how to swim it was the best feeling for me, to feel the cool water on my skin... it was amazing... But when I heard about that water attacks with its fangs... I completely lost it. I was so scared buck then. Haru looked my widened (eye/col) eyes and said with his calm voice ...

But there is nothing for you to fear...
Don't resist the water...
Thrust your fingers into the surface and carve an opening...

Haru probably had an overflowing imagination back then... Well who didn't?

I remember the day I met him...

It was my mother's idea to enter the swim club coz she knew how much I loved the sea... Yea... that's right the sea not the pools. The truth is that I learned how to swim in the sea something kind of uncommon among the others. I learned how to swim in no time with my father by my side. BUT swimming in the sea and swimming in the pool are absolutely different things, At least that is what I believed back then.My mother heard from Makoto's mother that he will enter in the swim club with a friend of his, and since I didn't have anything better to do in the afternoons she actually forced me to go. "It will be fun" she said, "You can spend more time with Mako-chan" she said, "You can make friends" she said. Well... the truth is that for some reason -that I still can't understand- I couldn't make friends back then,-not that there is a big diference now- Makoto is an exception he is so kind to everyone and he can talk to people, the complete opposite of me who was so closed to myself like a oyster. So, although I was afraid of pools I agreed to go with them.
I was outside of Makoto's house with my mum when I saw him. Haru-Chan like Makoto used to call him. Is was the first time in my small life that I thought someone was cute. I mean Makoto was cute, but Haru was cute in a strange way that I still can't explain. I have seen him in school sometimes, with Makoto around him; Haru had Makoto by his side most of the time. We were close with Makoto, we play a lot together, he always talked about Haru. Not the annoying thing: Haru-Chan this or Haru-Chan that . But I could sense that Makoto's voice was thrilled when he was talking about him. So in a way I was excited that I could meet him eventually in person. Behind him was Makoto's mum, She probably went to pick him up coz she would drive us to the club."Ne, (Name)-Chan, This is Haru-Chan, (mothers name)-san, Will you come with us today?"that was Makoto's mother
"Just for today, to ensure that (Name) is fine with the pool"
Mothers... always mention stuff that you want to remain hidden...

"Ma, Ma... (Name) say Hello to Haruka, How are you today Haru-Chan?"
She always puss me up to talk... But I couldn't wait to hear his voice...

"I'm fine"

That was all that Haru had to say

So after Tatsibana-san and my Mother went inside to call Makoto I thought it was a good idea to start talking.
"I'm (Name), you must be Haru-Chan, Nice to meet you."
I couldn't even look at him, now that we were alone.

"Nice to meet you too (Name), My name is Nanase Haruka, Don't call me Haru-Chan"
He said –Chan in a strange way like it bothered him.

"Can I call you just Haru then?"

"Hm!" He said and two seconds after, Makoto came out Followed by our mothers.We all headed into the car, and Makoto didn't miss a moment and started talking. He must have been really excited.
"So Haru-Chan did (Name)-Chan told you that she is two years older than me and you?"

"No...."

Haru sead as he looked at me with an empty expression. I decided to stay silent for the moment letting Makoto say what he wanted to be said about me."We go to the same school too. Ne! Haru?! Are you even listening to me?"He was lost in his thoughts... Makoto looked back at me with a nervous smile on his face. I was quite worried too, not so much for Haru but for myself... What would I do? I was afraid of pools and today it was the day what I would suppose to forget that fear.
I remember what happened in that day and a light smile apeared in my face.
I want to meet them as soon as posible :3
