~6:40pm~
THIRD PERSON'S POV
Everything was setteld , everyone were ready and excited.
All the boys are wearing tuxes
And all of the girls-except Katy ofcourse- are wearing peach dresses (it was Riley's idea...)
Maya was sitting alone on the bay window thinking about what was going to happen after the wedding's over while looking out the window watching the sky reflection in the pool
"Hey" she turned around to see Farkle standing there looking very handsome in his tux
"Hi" she responded as he sat next to her
"You look beautiful" he said smiling
"Not so bad yourself" she smiled back
"How do you feel?" he asked trying to read her face
"I don't know" she sighed and looked back out the window
"He's not like your father Maya" he tried to catch her eye but she was still looking out
"What if my father wasn't like my father until he met my mother?" she turned to him
"Maya come on you know Shawn won't leave you! why are you so scared?"
"I don't know" she looked down at her knees "I mean you know it's hard for me to believe something good is happening for me"
Farkle looked out the window to see Katy already dressed up talking to Topanga smiling like crazy
"Look Maya" he nodded his head towards the window "She's really happy"
"That's what makes me scared the most" she looked at him "I don't want to relive the moments when I walked into her room in the middle of the night to find her crying"
"Hey kiddo" they both turned their heads to see Shawn smiling
"I'll leave you two alone" Farkle said giving Maya a small smile then got up
"Looking good turtle neck!" Shawn said fist bumping him
"Same to you Hambone 2" he winked at him then walked out
"I love this kid" Shawn pointed to the door chuckling
"We all do" Maya smiled
"You look.... stunning Maya" he smiled at his -soon to be- stepdaughter
"Yeah you're ok too" he placed his hand over his heart pretending to be offended as he sat next to her
"Why do you wanna marry my mother?" she suddenly asked him looking deep in his eyes
"Because I love her Maya"
"Words" she said "those are just words"
"Yeah, they are" he stopped "but I don't say those words alot alright? I wasn't even sure what they meant! and... now I am... they're the best words I got... so they're important... and I want you to understand them"
she looked at him as a sigh to continue and he did
"I already asked you for your blessing... and you gave it"
"Yes, ok that's why words aren't enough" she said "Look, I feel different Shawn... I feel scared"
"Of what?"
"Of why this needs to happen at all" she stopped for a moment "you like my mother and she likes you, everyone's happy so what's the reason that anything else needs to happen?"
He looked down smiling then back at her
"You and me are the same" he said
"We are... bad things happen to us"
