P.S. Let's ignore the part of Hallie's face in the photo.

I put on a flowy knee length beige skirt on, and a light blue crop top, checking myself in the mirror.
"You look beautiful, babe," Casey hugged me from behind, looking at our reflection. He's wearing his normal jeans and t-shirt.
When I'm done, we got out of my house together to the car, going to Molly's for a date night. I texted Dufay when we're on the way. I'm bringing Casey to meet him tonight.
After a month of the whirlwind dating we've had post the shooting incident, I thought he's in this for real, real enough to introduce him to Dufay.
When we arrive at Molly's, everything was in full swing.
I sat at the bar, and Herrmann approached me. "Date night, kids ?" He grinned.
"Yeah," I chuckled, looking over to where Casey sat with the guys.
"How is everyone ?" I asked Herrmann. He shrugged, which means as well as can be expected.
Then I saw a blonde entering the bar. As always, I felt a pang for Shay in my heart every time I see her. She smiled at me and sat besides me.
"Hi, Sylvie," I said to Sylvie Brett.
"Hi, Luella. We never see you around the firehouse anymore," She greeted me.
"Yes. School has been crazy," I was saying when Casey came back, standing behind me.
"Is that your friend ?" He asked, pointing my gaze to the entrance.
"Oh, yes," I said, then jumped off the stool to approach Dufay.
"Hi, Fay," I said, and he hugged me until I was raised up in the air, then turned me around mid-air by way of greeting.
"Hey, girl. Where's the man?" He said as he put me back down. I lead him to where Casey is standing, then sat us all down in a booth.
"Matthew Casey," he said, extending a hand to Dufay.
"Dufay Leeds," Fay shook his hand firmly, a smile on his mouth. Good, that means his first impression of Casey is solid. It's really important for me that they get along.
They made small talk then, and I'm happy to say everything went well. They got along really well.
It's about half past midnight when I finally got tired.
"Babe, you're on duty, right ?" I asked Casey.
"Yeah, 7 AM. We still have a few hours," Casey said.
"No, go on home and get some rest. Fay can take me home, right ?" I said to Dufay.
"Absolutely," Dufay consented. I kissed Casey goodbye before heading home with Dufay.
In the car, I was brimming with excitement. "So, what'd you think?" I asked Dufay. He glanced at me before laughing.
"Lady, I'm just happy you finally found a decent man," Dufay said. I slapped his arm, offended.
"I'm glad you think so. We have a good thing, Fay," I admitted.
"Hey, what about getting dinner with me tomorrow ? I barely see you anymore," Dufay offered.
"Sure," I said.
I kissed him on the cheek, then got off the car. "Thanks, love," I shouted over to Dufay when I reached my front door, and watched as he pulled away.
