I just sit here beside mom whose drinking water, sure she's so much tired. "Hi." I turn to see a blonde girl sticking her hand to me, I take it and shake her hand. "I'm Amy. I'm glad that we have a doctor around here." She said happily to me.
I patted the log my side and invites her to sit. She did. "Allison." I said to her smiling. "You're beautiful." She exclaimed causing me to blush, I heard mom chuckle at my side.
I put my arms and swing it to my mom's shoulder. "Well.... Thanks to my mom." I said laughing. Causing Amy and mom to laugh too.
"I'm going to find your dad." Mom said as she stood up. "Let him be alone, what if---" mom cutted me off, "Just take some conversation with Amy. I'm okay." She said to and smile. I sigh and nodded at her.
"So-can you tell me about your group?" I ask her, well I don't know what to talk about. "Oh. Sure." She said happily. "Uhm, there's my sister. Andrea." She points at the blonde woman. "Blonde blood huh." I chuckle and she did also.
"There's Glenn, who's staring at you since you came." She chuckle and points a man with a baseball cap, he quickly look away when I caught him looking at me. Amy laugh and I just shook my head, "Maybe he's looking at you. Not me." I shrug.
"Lori. Rick's wife and Carl their son." Amy continues. I nodded when I saw a little boy running to them. "Carol, Ed and their daughter Sophia." She said pointing at the short hair woman who's folding some clothes.
"T-dog." She points at the dark skinned man. "T-dog?" I ask her, "I mean that's a unique name tho." She chuckle at me, "It's just his nickname. I forgot his real name. I'm sorry." She said. I just nodded at her.
"Shane, Rick's best friend." She said looking at Mr. Shane. "Well I know you already knew Daryl." She mumbled as she looks at place of Daryl. "Uh-huh. The jerk one" I said to her. She laugh a little.
Amy and I talk a lot of things, actually it's all about my life. Though I'm not letting her inside of my life. She ask me about my profession. It's almost an hour when Andrea called her sister to help her out.
I sigh and stood up to see Mr. Shane and Mr. Grimes talking, like arguing. I walk near to the red car. I saw Glenn saw me and he quickly look away again when I looked at him.
"Merle Dixon The guy wouldn't give you a glass of water - If you were dying of thirst." Mr. Shane said to Mr. Grimes. I counter back. "If you're dying just because of thirst now a days... well consider yourself lucky." Everyone look at me. I shrug.
"What he would or wouldn't do doesn't interest me. I can't let a man die of thirst me. Thirst and exposure. We left him like an animal caught in a trap. That's no way for anything to die, let alone a human being." Mr. Grimes told Mr. Shane.
"Great speech Mr. Grimes." I mumbled to myself, but I know Glenn heard it causing him to chuckle. I look up at him and he shrugs and stop laughing.
"So you and Daryl, that's your big plan?" Lori ask him. Mr. Grimes looks at our direction, looking at Glenn. "Oh, come on." Glenn breathes a frustrated sound.
"You know the way. You've been there before in and out, no problem. You said so yourself. It's not fair of me to ask I---"
"He's going with you." I cutted Mr. Grimes. And look to Glenn, I wink at him and he flushes red. I look to Amy who's trying not to laugh.
"That's just great. Now you're gonna risk three men, huh?" Mr. Shane asks and looks so annoyed. What's with him?
"Four." T-dog pipes in. I sigh and stood straight.
"Five" I said loudly. Everyone looks at me again. "What? You don't know how to count? Next is 6." I said to them sarcastically.
"My day just gets better and better, don't it?" Daryl chuckled and get back to cleaning his arrows. I glare at him, is he being sarcastic or what?
