Feelings

"I gave back the gun to Rick. And told everything." Daryl said as I walked closer to him, he's preparing their things to set off Geoff.

"How'd you know it was me?" I ask him he did not bother to look at me.

"Mmm." He shrugs his shoulders and stop from moving. I sigh and look at him. "I'm sorry."

I said causing him to look at me. My heart beat became irregular when he does look at me.

"For what?" he grunted.

"For what I said. That I don't care. I don't mean it." I said breathing heavily. I looked to the ground not wanting to meet his eyes. But when I didn't heard any words from him I look up.

With all the courage that left on me. I sigh and hug him. He flinched at first but relaxed after a second.

"I can't lose anyone anymore. Just please. Take care of yourself." I mumbled. I felt his hand hug me back.

"Okay." He said, my head is on his chest causing me to hear the vibration when he spoke. I can feel his heartbeat too.

I pulled out the hug; I look straight to his eyes and sigh. Daryl holds my hand and I can feel he's leaning down slowly to me. I know what he's gonna do.

We're looking at each other's eye, his face just an inch away from me, he lean more causing my eyes to close automatically. I waited for his lips to touch mine.

My eyes wide open when I heard the gravel footstep from behind me. Daryl quickly pulls himself and looks at nowhere. Sure I see his face red as tomato.

I turn around to see T-Dog walking towards us. I look back to Daryl who can't look at me. I bit my lower lip and suppress my laugh. I smile wide at T-dog and he smile back at me but with more confusion.

"You both okay?" he ask.

"Yeah." Daryl answered quickly and you can tell that he's so awkward.

I step away and sit on the porch; Daryl looked at me before looking to T-dog. T-dog handed him a gun I can't hear their conversation, but every second Daryl will looked at me.

He's going to kiss you, that's your confirmation! He likes you. I said to myself.

"Ready?" I heard Rick said and he look at me, I stand up and walk back to them. "Be safe." I told him.

"We will." He said to me and nod.

"I'll get the package." T-Dog said and walk straight to the barn where we keep Geoff. I heard the car door slam shut and saw Daryl inside. I smirk.

After some seconds I can hear T-Dog shouting and running back to us. My blood run cold knowing what can possibly happen.

"Geoff is missing." T-Dog pants and look at me.

"No." I said to him and run to the barn. Rick, Daryl and T-Dog followed me.

I stop and get inside of the barn. No sign of force exit or entrance. Meaning someone get him outside and locked the barn again.

I get out of the barn. Everyone run towards us. I scan the group, everyone is here. Except for one. "What's wrong?" I barely hear Maggie asks us.

I looked around eyeing some sign of him. I looked to Daryl who's looking at me, he walks in front of me, "Where's Shane?" I ask him while I can feel my body is shaking.

"Hey calm down. We'll find him." He said holding my forearm to stop me from moving. I take a deep breath and close my eyes. "He will—he will find his group...."
