Badass

After we regroup on the highway, we decided to make a stop to talk about where we're going. Everyone jumps out of the car except Lori.

Carl and Beth are on watch on the both sides of the roads. Maggie lay down a map on the hood of the car and they're starting to talk about where we going next.

I turn my head to see Lori looking at her big tummy now. She's ready to deliver the baby anytime soon. I walk myself towards her and she look up and smile a little bit at me.

"Feeling okay?" I ask her.

"Yeah. Of course." She nodded at me and I nod back. I was gonna walk back to the others when she called me.

"Allison? Can I talk to you?"

I look at her confuse and nod a little.

"My boys..." she started. I knew it. she thinks that me and Rick are something, and Carl gotten really close to me, so she thinks that I am stealing her boys.

"Lori, it's not what you—"

"No, no. I'm not thinking what you're thinking that I might be thinking." She chuckled and I furrowed my eyebrows at her.

"Rick and Carl, they got really close to you in the past months. I just wanted to thank you for thanking care of them." She said looking sadly in my eyes.

"I know I did a wrong thing in the past, and Rick can't forgive me now, but I want you to know that I still love them. Rick can't look me in my eyes and that hurts me a lot." She said and started to break down.

"I regretted everything that I've done Allison." She added.

"Rick still loves you, that's for sure." I told her trying to calm her down.

"I know I know." She sobs.

"If something happen to me Allison, I need you to take care of my boys." She started to say.

"What? What's this? A will? Nothing's gonna happen to you, or your baby." I scoff at her.

"Allison, promise me. If I ever didn't survive at least I know they have someone to lean on. Carl look up to you so much. He talks about you every night." She said to me.

"You're gonna survive." I told her seriously. She shakes her head and look down at her tummy.

"I doubt that. So, promise me. I know that's a big thing for you to do, but please. I'm gonna feel secure if I leave to you my boys." She said and look to my eyes pleadingly.

I sigh and nod at her. "Okay. But I promise, nothing's gonna happen to you or the baby. I'm gonna stand by close, you call me if you ever feel something." I told her, she nods at me and hold my hand that's on the car of the door.

"Thank you, Allison You've changed so much." She said to me.

I just scoff at her and go back to the others. Seems like they're done talking. I saw Daryl and Rick talking, T-dog and the others walking through the woods.

"Where are they going?" I ask rick as I get closer to them.

"Getting some water. He saw a creek earlier." Rick told me.

"Let's go." I heard Daryl said and Rick look to him and back to me, then back to Daryl. Somethings up between these two.

"Come on, we gonna need some help." Daryl said and walk out of the scene more like embarrassed. I raise my eyebrow at Rick and he just shrug. I followed Daryl and Rick until we ended up walking on a train tracks.
