Chap 15: Seventh Year Part 1

         I am fighting for Dumbledore! Uncle killed him, though I don't think it was really on purpose. I had to ask him and he might not tell me the truth. McGonagall sent a letter said that Uncle was now the Headmaster of Hogwarts. I couldn't believe it!
    Living with The Weasleys for the last four summers and it had been great. They treat me like family and Little Kastor too. He's been keeping me up since he was born. Kastor hasn't seen much of us because he is too involved with the Death Eaters. My father and Drake stopped talking to me altogether since Dumbledore was killed by Uncle. 

      Leilani, 

     I advise you to come to Hogwarts a week before school starts. I must not say much though, as Headmaster, you have special permission over the students. Thus, assure of the new professors that you will not be treated like other students will be. Even through the school, you are a Dumbledore. Under me, they will not touch you. I promise that you will be safe and protected, even your son.

     Why, Leilani?  You have been so good.

  There is more to explain. I suggest coming through floo to Headmaster's office.

I replied to uncle and sent the owl off to him. I went down to the kitchen. The Wedding was tomorrow and it was all calm. I had to tell someone of my leave. After the wedding, to not to kill Bill's happiness. Fleur was very happy. Molly, happy, but anything with Fleur, she frowned and complained about her in front of the rest of us. I had told her it was Bill who is to be happy. She agreed and left.

Bill was spending as much as time as he could with us. Mostly me, because he was not sure where I will be after Hogwarts and the war. I assure him that I will not go anywhere, but he insisted that I have a gift.

"Billy, you didn't have to." I open the gift. "It's beautiful." It was a box of Gryffindor red with gold linings. What is it, Billy?" I open the box.

"There's a coin," He took the coin in his hand. "if you turn it twice, any member of the Order will come. McGonagall will be in school with you. She is liking to be closest." He put the coin back in the box. Then pulled out parchment and a quill. "These here, are special. You write and it is only seen to who you write the letter to. Me, Mum, Fleur, Kingsley. Any one of us." Bill laid the parchment and quill back in the box. And pulled a necklace from the box. "This here, dragon's breath and you rub the gem for help. Easy, I must say." He grabbed a potion bottle. "It helps for someone to forget one night of their life. What happens, the person will not remember those events."

"Thank you, Billy." I hugged him.

Bill was dancing with Fleur. Their first dance as a married couple. Everything was perfect. Then a patrounus appeared. The Minister of Magic was killed, The Dark Lord has taken over the Ministry. Everyone ran, until a few Death Eaters showed up. Kastor.

"Leilani, go with Ginny. Take your son with you. Go!" Billy yelled as he fought off some Death Eaters. Remus armed them off.

Ginny pulled me away with her. A death eater was following us to the Burrow. I knew it was Kastor. Remus casted expelliarmus and Alarte Ascendare on my fiancé. He flew in the air and landed hard on the ground.

"Kastor!" I ran to him with my son in my arms. He took off his mask. "What on merlin were you thinking, Kastor?" I help him sit up. My son reached over for him. Kastor held our son in his arms.

"To see you, love. I knew you'd be here. It was the only way to see you." He kissed my cheek. He stood up and took my hand to help me to stand. "I love you."

"I love you too." He kissed my hand. He wrapped his arm around me.

"How could you, Leilani!? You're a blood traitor." Billy's eyes were red. He's crying.

"I would never! You know I would never betray you lot. Never!" Kastor tugged on my sleeve of the dress. "Kastor and I have been together since First Year. I don't except anyone to understand that." All the Weasleys were around outside by the entrance of the tent. "If you knew the truth and--"

"Leave! Get out of here, Leilani! Don't ever come back. Grab your stuff and go!" Arthur screamed.

"I do not have a place--"

"GET OUT!!!" Arthur screamed louder this time.

I quickly accio my stuff in a bag and the gift Billy gave me. I do not think it will be used until after the war. None of them looked happy, not even Billy. I crushed his heart. George couldn't look at me. Ginny walked away to Billy and stood next to him. I knew Harry, Hermione and Ronald had left to find Horcruxes. They will not help me here.

Kastor and I disapparitied to Hogwarts. Headmaster's office.

Uncle's special permission was that I was not to be treated like the others will be treated. I lived with Gryffindor for awhile. Ginny stopped talking to me. Draco still hasn't much, other than an insult. Kastor couldn't be seen with me now. I was all alone with my son. Some friends listened to Ginny and ignored me. Neville, Dean, Seamus. Luna, however, was missing. No one knew where she was.

"Look at the Mudblood, Kastor. How dirty the Mudblood is. A filthy little Mudblood like HER mother! She must have a muggle father, I dare say, he must be dead!" Draco taunted me one day after classes. Kastor watched as I ran to Gryffindor Tower.

My son kept my roommates up alot. They wanted to throw me out of the dormitory. Eventually, one day, Ginny throw all my stuff down the girl's dormitory stairs.

"Get out!" Her scream was less than her father's had. I took my son and my bags to Headmaster's office.

No place to go. I could not show up to Kastor or Draco. I said a password and took the stairs to the office. Uncle was sitting there at the desk. Dumbledore's desk.

"Leilani, what are you doing here?" He got up from the chair and saw my trunk and two bags floated behind me.

"You remember when I came with Kastor last month. I was crying and couldn't tell you." Uncle nods. I explained everything that happened. The Weasleys banishing me from their home and Kastor's attempt of seeing me. "Ginny won't talk to me and she has all our friends ignoring me. She pushed my trunk and bags down the dormitory stairs. My son has kept them up for weeks. He's almost a year. He shouldn't be up late."

"I suggest you stay in the quarter upstairs. I do not sleep much. It will only be for you and your son." He went up the stairs and I followed. The door opened and it was a sleeping quarters and living area. Dumbledore's quarters. "I will have Mrs. Weasley's punishment ordered by The Carrows. Teach her some lesson on respect."

"Uncle, you won't dare!" I was crying. My best friend was to be punished for being angry with me.

"I am Headmaster. I am to do what is right for the students who disobey the rules."

"Does that include me, Uncle?" I dried my eyes.

"No. You are special permission, Leilani." He uncharmed my trunk and set it down behind the bed. "Goodnight, Lei." He kissed my head.

"Goodnight, Uncle." I wrapped my arms around his waist. I cried. Uncle brushed my hair with his hand.

I fell asleep crying. All I remember.
