America might like hamburgers, but the best ones don't come from McDonalds... It's the ones he makes himself.
Other countries may complain about America's gourmet and cooking, but eating one of his home-cooked hamburgers is like eating a small piece of heaven. Tons of his citizens throughout the ages have tried his hamburgers, and they all agree that it is simply the best. Few countries have tasted the burgers as well, Canada eating the most (although, the amount of burgers Canada had eaten in his lifetime is somewhere less than a hundred).
America has shared the recipe to his burgers, but no human has been able to replicate the same heavenly taste. Perhaps he adds a secret ingredient he doesn't share?
