The BTT would make the best parents.
They've already had experience for raising children. France raised Canada, and look at what a sweetheart he is. Spain had a ton of colonies, so he'd be great at handling multiple children. Prussia helped tiny, unified Germany back on his feet, so he can help kids even in a crisis.
When they're with their partner, they'll always be there for them and help them with the children whenever need be. They'll know how to balance time with both spouse and child so that no one feels ignored.
Not to mention...
Their personalities are amazing for raising children. Spain is extremely protective. Prussia can sense what a person needs at this very moment. France has that maternal instinct.
And all three of them would be amazing at entertaining little kids.
