Austria suffers from chronic insomnia. It comes and goes, but periods can last for weeks at a time. He wakes up unseasonably early, and/or he gets up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep.
If anyone asks (and a lot do), he waves it off as a side effect his coffee addiction.
He knows it's actually centuries of stress, loss, and war that causes it.
