(Sparkkit and Rainkit above)

Slaight's pov

"Slaightkit wake up" I open my eyes, Nightheart was sitting down, me lying next to her paws. I look around and immediately spotted my two of my littermates, Mistkit and Smokekit, talking to Thundertail about something Sparkkit and Rainkit did. Sparrowkit was sitting beside me, licking his paw and running it over his head. In the distance I could hear some warriors talking as Smokekit and Mistkit were 'battling' each other, but it didn't look like fighting at all. "Look at them, it's sad to see such beautiful kits go to waste, they aren't doing it right" a warrior said. "They don't even look anything alike, how do we know they're even littermates, maybe there just a group of lost kits" another said. I growled and stood up, looking for who said those things but let it go when Sparrowkit stopped me. "Forget it, they're just rude, anyways, want to come with me outside and relax until the ceremony?" today we were going to watch Sparkkit and Rainkit become apprentices. "Sure" I follow him to the sunning rocks were some elders were lying around. I recognized Silverpelt, a gray and white she-cat, next to her sat Ravenclaw a black tomcat with a white tail tip and white muzzle. They have been the only two in here sense Littletail died to greencough a few moons ago. "Mind if we join you" I ask, sitting next to Silverpelt. "Not at all, were are the other two?" Ravenclaw asked, sitting up with Sparrowkit on his head. "Somewhere outside probably" I said. "Let all cat's old enough to catch there own pray gather around clan rock" I heard Robinstar call out. We just happened to pass Rainkit and Sparkkit on the way there, they gave me a friendly smile and walked right by, i don't know why there always nice to me and not my sister or brothers. I followed Nightheart and sat between Smokekit and Mistkit. I wasn't to interested in the whole situation so i wasn't paying attention, before I knew it everyone was leaving as the new apprentices were going to there den, I sighed and followed Smokekit back to the den. "It's so not fair, we have to wait one whole day before becoming apprentices" Smokekit complained, tomorrow is our apprentice ceremony and we think it's so unfair. "At least our ceremony is early in the day so we have all day to explore the territory" Mistkit said curling up into a ball beside me and Sparrow. "I guess, but that means we have to wake up early" I complained making them laugh. "Let's get some rest before Nightheart comes and yells at us again about sleep" we laugh again and nodded, falling asleep.
