A Fairy Tail Fanfic

Natsu P.O.V

I woke up and noticed that Lucy had gone from the bed. I got worried and called out,

"Lucy!!!! Lucy!!!! Where are you!!!! Luce!!!"

"I'm right here...why do you have to be soooo loud in the morning?"

I jumped up and realised that she had been sleeping in my lap.

"Oh um...I didn't see you" I stammered.

"Its alright. Lemme get ready and that means you too" she said groggily.

She spent an good 45 minutes in the bathroom before stepping out. She was wearing a blue and pink T-shirt with a pink miniskirt and some brown boots. The smell of vanilla and strawberries filled the room. I shook my head and smiled. Typical Lucy...

"Oh you're ready natsu! Come on then! I'll cook you breakfast." She said skipping towards the kitchen.

"Yay! Thanks luce! You're the best wife ever!" I grinned.

She blushed at that comment and said thanks.

After half an hour the scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, pancakes, waffles and orange juice were done. We dug in to the food.

"Lucy...that's delicious!!!" I exclaimed gobbling up my food.

"Thanks Natsu!" She replied.

After sometime we headed towards the guild with happy flying above us. We walked along the river slowly leading to Magnolia city.

"Um Natsu, if I fell in this river would you jump in to save me, because I don't know how to swim" she asked grinning devilishly, looking at the water.

Oh no...she wouldn't.

"Lucy don't even try-"

She jumped into the river and disappeared under the water. That weirdo! She doesn't know how to swim!!! I sighed and jumped in. I scanned the waters and then saw Lucy below. I swam deeper towards lucy even though my nose felt like it was going to pop. I grabbed her and came to the surface of the water. She started coughing water and I had to pull her onto ground.

"Are you ok?" I asked nervously.

"Yep!" She said grinning.

"You could've died!" I complained.

"I won't ever die if you are by my side always. I know I can always trust you. Anways, that was fun!!!!" She giggled.

That's was I like about Lucy. She really knows shat fun is and nobody can be unhappy around her.

"Well you are going to be punished." I said tickling her tummy. That was her most ticklish spot.

"Kyaaaa" she squealed trying to run.

I got up and chased her. She was running towards the park.

"I'm not done with you" I shouted laughing.

She turned around and stuck her tongue out at me. Oh well. I ran faster and caught up with her and continued my tickling. She screamed and started laughing so hard that a few tears trickled down her cheeks.

"Well I guess you've had enough" I decided and lay down on the grass.

"Yeah. I don't think I want to go to the guild now. I'm already wet because I jumped into the water and I don't feel like going back to my house to change my clothes" she whispered laying down beside me.

"So where do you wanna go?" I asked.

"How about the fair? There is one really close by!" She said excited.

"Oh ok then! Let's go!" I jumped up and pulled lucy up as well. She smiled at me and we walked hand in hand.
