After eating we carried on our walk, hoping to find an end, but it was now confirmed.
"That's it. Im sure this tunnel has no end" I stated looking at natsu.
"Yeah i agree! But what do we do now?" Natsu asked.
"Um I don't know. Wait. Surely our friends would leave some sort of sign for us to find them right?" I asked.
"Yeah they would. Im pretty sure erza would, if not the rest!" Natsu replied.
"So that's it! Lets look for clues!" I said, my face showing hope for the first time in a long time.

"Lucy look! I think I found something!" Natsu called out, pointing at some writing on the wall.
"Hm. They look like numbers and letters" I said, studying the text carefully.
"You sound like Levy" Natsu pointed out, grinning like an idiot.
"Natsu look. This is what the text says '20:20 2 knocks'!" I said.
"The '20:20' part looks like a time. It could stand for 8:20 right?" Natsu stated.
"Oh yeah! That true! Maybe at 8:20 we have to knock twice on the walls? Then something might happen?" I suggested.
"There's no harm in trying" natsu said.
"Okay so we have around 8 hours till 8:20. We could take a rest in the mean time." I said, checking my watch.
"Good idea!" Natsu said yawning loudly.
He lay down and pulled me with him and together, curled into a ball, we fell asleep.
