Trying To Stop Dreaming (Niall Horan)

Trust Me.

I look at Brandon and see hurt in his eyes. "Yeah I noticed it too." I try and play it off. I feel bad for wanting to kiss Niall.  "Do you know why?" he says and opens his door. "Well...actually no." I say. Part of it was honesty.  I didn't know why he kept staring at me. "Okay." Brandon mutters and leaves me standing at the door.  "Are you okay?" I say and shut the door that was now behind me. "I saw him try and kiss you. I just don't know if you kissed him back. Did you?" he says harshly. Was he serious. Im not that kind of girl. "Seriously? No I did not kiss him back. Im not like that." I say. I laugh out of amazement. I was amazed that he thought I would kiss the irish boy.

"I just wanted to know. Dont get all pissed off." he says and walks away from me. "You're telling me that? Look who'se talking. You sound like my dad. My actual dad, not Daniel." I snap back. He turns around. He walks right up to me, he was taller than me so he towerd over me. "Is that a bad thing?" he hisses. Usually I would freak out, but he's not Nate and im not scared. "Most definitely." I say harshly.  I dont back down. I stand there looking at him. "Are you gonna keep standing over me? Or can I go?" I say and back up.  "Go where?" he says and takes a step forward. "Umm well your pissed off and obviously think I did something I didn't do. So im going back to Noah's." I say and start walking out the door.

"Wait! I believe you. If you leave who will help you when you have your night-terrors?" he says and grabs my arm. I turn to look at him. "Either I don't sleep. OR I Noah helps me fall back asleep after I scream bloody murder." I say and break out of his grasp. "Please dont go." he says softly.

-Few Weeks Later-

"Attie he was jerk anyways. Honestly if he did that he doesn't deserve you!" Allona says and puts her arm around me. "I don't know what in the world I did! Was I that bad of a girlfriend?" I say and cry more. "No. No Attie you weren't. " Maddie says and sits on the opposite side of me and puts her arm around me too. "I mean...I just-why?!" I practically scream into my hands. "He was a jerk anyways. She was a whore." Allona says with sympathy. "Yeah. The biggest whore." Maddie adds inm "She was a nice girl, guys." Asian says and I look up. I gave her a why-in-the-world-are-you-defending-her look.  She say me and says, "No the biggest whore. I mean like seriously was he the 10th guy today or what?" Asian says and I go back to crying.

Confused aren't you? Well let me explain. 

-Back Flash To Yesterday-

I was happily walking to the park near the apartments. Me and Brandon were going to have a lunch date in the park. He told me to be there by 12, but Noah told me that Brandon was gonna be there at 11. I got curious, because thats how I am. So I arrived at the park at 11:30. I walked around the park and I saw Brandon...but he wasn't alone. There was his co-worker, Amanda. I got closer so I could see them clearly. Just as I got about 10 feet away from them, the blonde girl Amanda kissed him. It wasnt just a simple kiss, no, it was a passionate one. Right then I felt like I couldn't move. I just stood there staring at my boyfriend? kiss another girl.

When they get done kissing he looks up and sees me. "Attie its not what you think!" he yells. Amanda just smirks. "Oh so she was just seeing of you had something in your teeth?!" I yell and people start staring. "No!" he yells and comes closer to me. I wipe my face instinctively and feel tears pouring out of my eyes. "Then what was it Brandon?" I yell and walk backwards a little. "I-we were-sorry." he says. He seemed lost for words. "That's what I thought. Go finish. You obviously didn't want me here." I say and point to the picnic spot. "Attie just hear me out." he says. I stand there. I was desperate to know what he said. What excuse he was gonna come up with.

"Brandon! Im not gonna eat this pie by myself." Amanda coos. He smiles at her. "Im going. Bye Brandon." I whisper yell. I walk off and hear him run after me. He finally catches up to me. When he grabs my arm I struggle to get out of his grasp. I give up after awhile. He turned me aroumd and kisses me. I don't kiss him back. "Please dont go." he says after he realizes that I wasnt kissing him back. "Im going Brandon. Amanda wants to eat the fucking pie, go eat it. Im gonna go and be alone. Just stay away from me forever." I say and cry alittle more. He sighs and stands there as I walk off.

---End of Flash Back---

Now im here. Still crying. I knew I shouldn't have belived him after he started coming home way late. I heard a knock on the door and Kennedy goes to answer it. Who ever it was, they sounded sad. "Leave her alone." Kennedy hisses and then Maddie gets up to go see who it was. I hear yelling and then running sounds toward my room. "Attie?" the one voice I hated but wanted to hear again.
