The 2016 Womens gymnastics is finally over. Now, the only thing left to announce is the standings for the Womens Individual All-Around. Tension spreads across the arena as the scores for the gymnasts are being evaluated.

Camila Cabello, Aaliyah Mendes, Normani Kordei, and Hailee Steinfeld are the most promising young gymnasts for this years Olympics, in Montreal , Canada. All of the athletes' scores have been undetermined and extremely close.

Many things are on the line here. If  Aaliyah Mendes placed gold, she would be the youngest Canadian to ever win, at age 16. If Camila Cabello, 17, got gold, she would be the first U.S. Olympian to win who wasn't born in the Unites States, because she was born in Cuba.

If Normani Kordei, 18, places at all, it would be her seventeenth National award won within 2 years, a new record. Lastly, if Haliee Steinfield places at first, it would be her first Olympian gold medal.

All of these girls are extremely talented. But Shawn, who's 17, wants his little sister to win gold, for sure. He definitely thinks she's the best, despite her age.

But Shawn brotherly love toward Aaliyah blocks the fact that maybe, just maybe, there are one or two other gymnasts who are just as good as his sister. So when the finals scores and standings are released, he finally realized, not everything can go his way.

The announcer says the standings as the show up on the screen above everyones heads.

"In fourth place we have eighteen year old Hailee Steinfeld from Quezon City, Philippines, with a score of 59.278. "

The camera panned to Haliee, who nodded like she expected it, considering she definitely messed up on the uneven-bars. She seat down with her team instead of going to the podiums. Then the camera showed the other three girls, who are in the standings.

Normani Kordei started crying, because she had just broken a record. Shawn saw Aaliyah celebrating at least her podium win with the rest of the Canadian team.

Then he saw Camila Cabello. He never liked her. Ever since Aaliyah came home after training camp saying that this Camila girl was Americas top athlete and definitely have the chance to beat her. He glared at her through the massive crowd. Camila didn't flinch at massive crowd chanting, much less his glare.

"In third place is eighteen year old Normani Kordei, from Houston, United States. With a score of 60. 492 she will be receiving Bronze, her seventeenth medal within two years, the new world record!"

Shawn watches as Normani walks up and places herself in front of the third podium. She's happily crying, as she waved around and receives a bundle of flowers. Shawn starts to cry as well, seeing that Aaliyah has a chance for gold.

"Next up, recieving Silver with a score of 61. 923 is..." The announcer pauses for affect. The stadium, which holds thousands of people, is so silent in anticipation that you would be able to hear a pin drop.

"Aaliyah Mendes, from Toronto, Canada, at sixteen years old!"

The silence bursts into screaming messes. Canadians in the audience, which is at least 70%, begin to groan in their seats as the American who visited to watch jump up in their chairs.

The camera shows Aaliyah, who is crying, but Shawn couldn't tell if it was from happiness or disappointment. She walked over to the podiums.

"Which means that Camila Cabello, age seventeen from Miami, USA is our gold medalist! She has a winning score of 62.014 and is the first American gymnast who wasn't born in the US to win gold! Congratulations to our final victors!"

Shawn watched as a happy-crying Camila walked over and joined Aaliyah and Normani. They all received a bouquet. The trio bent their heads as a medal was placed around their necks. The arena erupted into the fans and families celebrating.
