Marauder Preferences

First 'I Love You' ✔

James:

"Just because you love someone doesn't mean you should stick around and screw up their life." - he keeps getting you detentions and your grades are slipping, he feels like its his fault but truly it's not, some things with your family have been distracting you lately, and you've been talking with Dumbledore to try and solve them, but so far nothing has been working. You and James were in detention together cleaning cauldrons when out of the blue he just said he was sorry. You told him that he had nothing to apologize for and he started rambling say that it was his fault that you keep getting detentions and that it's his fault that your grades are slipping and that you guys should probably stop seeing eachother and hanging out because he shouldn't be messing up your life just because he loves you. You smiled at him and told him that none of this was happening because of him but because of some family issues. To which he was really relieved about. And you kissed his cheek and told him you love him too.

Sirius:

"I guess that's what I do. I let down the people I love." -he got in some major trouble by doing a prank, that you told him not to do, and he could even be expelled for it. He feels like he has let you down, just like he let his parents down when he was sorted into Gryffindor. Sirius didn't get expelled, but he had been very depressed, he wouldn't talk to anyone, hell, he wouldn't even look at you. That is, until you cornered him in the corridor before dinner. You asked him what was wrong, and said that he should be relieved that he didn't get expelled but he said that he would rather be expelled than have to face you, his girlfriend, everyday and be reminded that he let you down just like everyone else he loves. You stared at him in shock, then kissed him. He asked what was that for and you just smiled and said I love you too.

Remus:

"I know a relationship with me won't be normal, but I believe you wouldn't thrive for normalcy. I will do my best to show you each and everyday just how much I love you, and need you in my life." -After Remus had told you about his whole werewolf situation he was surprised that you didn't runaway. However, he did feel like you were growing a little distant- which you weren't. You were spending more and more time with Severus, and you were alsonspending time by yourself, leaving Remus to deep that way. You are a metamorphamagus, and you are not proud of that, and Remus knows that. And even though he is a werewolf, you don't feel like he can exactly feel how you are feeling. You were talking to Severus about it and he told you to just talk to him and tell you how you are feeling, and that's what you did. You found Remus in the library (of course) and pulled him away from the marauders.  You apologized for becoming so distant and assured him that it had nothing to do with him. You then explained to him that you felt like you being a metamorphamagus would create a wedge between you two. Remus then tops you that he doesn't care about you're ability. And that a relationship with him wouldn't be normal ,but that he loves you all the same. You pulled him into a kiss and told him you loved him. Both of your worried feelings disappeared as you pressed your lips together once more.

Lucius:

"I care about your feelings more than mine. I love you. There I said it." - People have been saying things about you guys as a couple and it has been getting to the both of you. You get extremely upset about it whilst Lucius just keeps it bottled inside. One day Narcissa said something about how he could do better and Lucius just exploded. He told everybody to shut their mouths and that if they have anything to say they can just shove it up their asses because he doesn't care about way they have to say. Later in the common room you asked him why he never told you how much it bothered him and he said that it didn't up until she said that he could do better, he doesn't believe he can do any better than you, he said that he cares about you and your feelings more than his. And then he said I love you. His eyes widened in shock as he realized what he said as he quickly tried to apologize but you silenced him with a kiss as you said I love you too against his lips.

Severus:

"I love you, and I'm not afraid to tell you that. Not anymore. I used to think that what I was feeling in my heart was just something that would pass, but with you, it won't go away. You have made me feel things that I have never felt before, and I never want to stop this. I love you to much for you to know." -It all started with Severus acting a little strange, sure, he is a quiet person, but he seemed to be avoiding you lately- and it was really bumming you out. Albus noticed this and took matters into his hands and sat you two down to talk. Severus was fidgeting and you had enough of his silence and asked him what was going on. He then he finally came to terms with his feelings. You were completely shocked, you never really knew that Severus could be so articulate, and it truly made you reevaluate your relationship because you loved him also. So you said that you love him too and there isn't anything in this world that would change that, then you kissed him.
