A Travlyn Love Story

Chapter 5. The Big Date

(Katelyn's POV)
"How could you do this" I yell at Aph "Why did I agree to go on a date with that dork"! It's 10 to 7 and for some reason I'm feeling nervous, I don't know why, it's just Travis! "You know you love him" Aphmau taunts. I would normally punch, but she might be right. I shudder at the thought, Aph notices and asks "are you cold?" "No" I reply, she is about to reply but we hear a knock on the door. Aph tries to answer it, but I push her out of the way and answer it myself and its Travis. He says "Heeey....." he freezes staring at me. For the first time I realize the little silver specs in his green eyes, and they're beautiful. I shake the thought from my mind and say "hey Travis, where are we going tonight"? He snaps out of it and answers "it's a surprise"! We get in his car and after 10 minutes he makes me close my eyes. He escorts me out of the car and over a few yards. I hear music and Travis says "open". I open my eyes and we are at a gazebo over looking a lake. It's covered in little white lights and I see a young lady playing violin in the corner. "Wow, this is beautiful" I say. "I thought you'd like it" he says happily!

~~~Magically time skip to after dinner~~~

"This night has been magically" I say,  looking into Travis' beautiful green eyes "It's beautiful here". Travis says "Not as beautiful as you". Even in the dark I know you can see me blushing, so I try to turn away before he can see me. He chuckles and says "I can see you blushing over there, you don't have to hide that you love me". I start blushing ever more and mumble "shut up Travis" and give him a weak punch. We get up and start to walk to the car. When we get there I get distracted by a cat tail in the bushes, and realize it's Kawaii~Chan. Before I can yell at her to go away my wrists are pinned to the side of the car and Travis is kissing me. For a few seconds I'm in shock and don't move. Then I start kissing him back. I Kawaii~Chan squealing and taking pictures, so we break away. We look awkwardly at each other and I get in the car. The whole way home we are silent and when we get back he walks me to the door. We mumble goodbye and I walk inside and quickly shut the door. As soon as I close it I reopen it, grab his face, and kiss him. When I break away he is frozen, I decide to play with him so I say in a sexy manner "I'll see you later". I go inside and get ready for bed, but as I'm falling I keep wishing that Travis was next to me.
