A Travlyn Love Story

Chapter 4. The Mall

(Katelyn's POV)

I don't know what to do now. I guess I need a distraction, luckily Aph just got home. "Katelyn can you help me with the groceries" Aphmau says from the door. "Of course my dearest Aphmau" and I go to the car and grab 7 heavy bags. That leaves only two more for Aph plus the ones she already brought in. That should be enough to make her hang out with me. After Aphmau gets the two bags and we put everything away she says "want do you want from me Katelyn"? "Nothing" I reply innocently, she doesn't believe it for a second."Spit it out Katelyn" she says patiently. "Fine" I say "I want you to hang out with me today, I need a distraction". Aphmau looks at me slyly and says with curiosity "a distraction from what"? "Why do you care" I respond, she says "I'll hang out with you if you tell me". She keeps on staring at me and finally I crack "FINE, I NEED A DISTRACTION FROM TRAVIS!". "Ooooooo" Aphmau says "Katelyn and Travis sitting in a tree K.I.S.S.I..."."I swear to Irene if I hear one more fucking thing about me and Travis I'll throw you out a window" I yell "now will you out with me or not". "Okay, okay" she says "how about we go the mall".I reply by grunting and walking to my car, she follows.
~~Magical 4 hour time skip~~
"Aph we've been here for like 4 hours and we haven't bought anything because you keep getting distracted!" I wail as she pulls me to yet another store. Aphmau starts "Oh come on Katelyn, I don't see why" I see Travis across the mall and I cover Aphmau's mouth with my hand and pull her into the girls bathroom. When we get I let her go and she says "why did you do that?" I stammer "I um.., needed to use the um bathroom like really bad!Yeah,that's it!" Aph seems sceptical says "then why aren't you going to the bathroom"? "I don't need to go anymore" I reply sounding a lot less than convincingly. Aphmau walks out the door and I try to stop her but it's too late, she's seen Travis. She starts squealing like a fan girl pig. I'm feel paralyzed as she pulls me across the mall towards Travis, when I snap to my senses I'm in front of Travis. He says "heeeyyyy Katelyn" and I blush like crazy because there are tons of people around. He continues with "I was thinking why don't we go out some time". I start stuttering "but....but....but" completely flustered and angry until Aphmau says "she would love to, how about 7". Travis says "see you then beautiful" and then Aphmau pulls me back to the car and drives us home. When we get home and I snap out of it it's 6 and it's to late to cancel. I guess I have to get ready for date with Travis.

Oh no it's already 6 I should get ready for my date with Katelyn, I'm so excited!
