"You didn't have to be that hard on her" my Aunty looks at Dad
"I did. I beat her. I can't make that up to her. I drunk and smoked my life away... and the worst part is.. I don't feel as bad about it as I should" dad says
"I'm leaving you alone until you're calm." Aunty says

Dad packs his bags and gets on a plane

Aunty rings me on FaceTime
"You okay?" Aunty answers
"I'm not." I sighed and wipe my eyes
"It'll be okay" Aunty smiled
"No it wont be..." I sighed
"hey. don't think like that. you have me, Grayson, Ethan, Aaron and Hannah all around you" Aunty smiled
"Yeah. And thank god for them." I smiled slightly
"And Abby" Aaron smiled
I shrugged still kinda hesitant on that whole situation
"Well my point is you have a lot of us here for you Mads" Aunty smiled
"I know. Thank you" I smiled
"I have to go! I'll see you later" Aunty smiled
"Yep I'll call you tomorrow" I smiled
"Bye!"
"Bye!"
we hung up

Aaron checks his twitter and there was a tweet that reads "going to LA to catch up with someone" and it was from dad
"Uhh. Mads. You got mad last time I kept a secret from you right?" Aaron looks at me
"Yes..." I look at Aaron
"So if there was another secret you'd like to know straight away no matter what?" Aaron looks at me then at Hannah
"Correct" I look at Aaron
"Well your dad is on the way to LA" Aaron says fast hoping I won't hear him and Grayson would have to repeat it so I go easier on him
"He..." I looked at Grayson
"Yep" Aaron nods
"Something isn't right here...." I look over at Hannah
"No. I've known your dad the most here and yeah he did beat you and normally when he says shit on the phone in that time he means it.." Hannah looks at me
"Exactly. That's what I don't understand. If he wants nothing to do with me why is he coming here?" I smirked
"Well. All we can do is wait and see" Ethan looks around
"Hm." I shrugged

hours later dad lands and arrives in out apartment complex
"Hello welcome to vine apartments how can I help you" the lady smiled
"I'm here to see my daughter" Dad smiled
"Oh sure! What's her name?" she smiled
"Her name is Maddie! I believe she lives with a dude named Grayson?" Dad smiled
"Yes! Floor 7 room 257!" The lady smiled as she writes it down for dad
"Thank you!" He takes the paper and heads upstairs

before I knew it the door bell rang
"I'll get it!" Grayson smiled as he stood up
"Hello there. I believe you're that Grayson boy aye.." Dad looks at Grayson
"It's for you babe" Grayson looks at me
"Oh. What are you doing here?" I look at dad
"A word please?" Dad looks at me
"Fine. Talk" I look at dad
"No. Alone." Dad snaps
"I'm coming outside with you" Aaron says
"No. You just stand in front of the door. I'll knock if i need." I look at Aaron
"Rodger that ma'am!" Aaron nods
I walk out side the door
"What do you want dad?" I look at him
"I want you to come home." Dad jumps straight the point
"Why. Why would I come home?" I look at dad
"Because you're wasting your smarts in doing stupid shit on social media with a piano and a camera" Dad snaps
"I'm not going to be an accountant dad." I look at him
"Why not!?" Dad snaps once more
"Because dad! This is the job I want and I've always wanted! You only lost your shit when mum started to stick up for me and what I wanted and not what YOU wanted for me" I snap back
"Don't use that attitude with me!!!" Dad slaps me across the face
causing me to fall
"Maybe if you didn't spend so much stupid time with that dumb boy you would want to come home!!" Dad then kicks me in the ribs
"No. He's not why I wanna stay. You're why I wanna stay" I sighed
"And that's because..." Dad looks at me clueless
"You just beat me dad. That's why." I sighed
and then banged the door
Grayson and Aaron come rushing out
"What the fuck did you do to her..." Grayson looks at my dad
"I asked her to come home and then she just fell to the ground and started to hit herself" Dad says
"Hm." Aaron says shaking his head as he helps me up as I'm crying
"Go dad. And please don't come back." I sighed
"I'll come back!" Dad says as he walks off

"What happened!?" Ethan looks at me
"He went off at me for not doing the career he wanted me to do, and for being with Gray. And he wanted me to go home and when I said no he kicked me in the ribs and then questioned why I wouldn't go and yeah" I sighed
"Pretty evident why you wouldn't want to go" Grayson sighed
"Yep." I sighed
"We'll get the security to ban him from the building!" Hannah smiled
"Like that'll happen." I sighed
"We have it on camera mads. Take him to court." Ethan says
"That's not a bad idea" Grayson looks at Ethan
"No. I hate my dad but I could never be the reason why he's behind damn bars E... I just couldn't" I sighed
