"I know babe and I'm glad you're safe" Grayson smiled
"We should show them the whole cover!" Aaron smiled
"Before we post it?" I look at Aaron
"Yeah why not!" Aaron smiled
"Okay" I nodded showing the cover
"This is so good!" Hannah smiled
"Yeah I didn't know you were that good babe!" Grayson smiled
"Thank you babe" I smiled
"Anytime!" Grayson smiled
"How was school?" I look at Grayson, Hannah and Ethan
"It was good!" Hannah smiled
"Well other than Amy going off at G, it was good!" Ethan nodded
"Wait what?" I looked at Grayson
"Yeah she did go off at me a little. But yeah it was nothing" Grayson nodded
"What did she say?" I looked at Grayson
"She said that we're perfect together because we can't stand up for ourselves" Grayson looks around
"Hmm. We'll see about that" I sighed
"Mads..." Grayson places his hand on my shoulder
"Yeah?" I look up at Grayson
"Don't do anything you'll regret" Grayson smiled
"I have nothing to lose now. The only thing I can lose is you" I look at Grayson and then headed upstairs
"What does she mean?" Grayson looks at Hannah
"Maybe she just needs some time" Hannah smiled
"Hm maybe" Grayson walks into the kitchen
Ethan knocks on the bedroom door
"Mads?" Ethan says
"Yeah?" I look at the door
"Let me talk to you about this" Ethan looks through the gap in the door
"Fine" I open the door
"Why did you react like that?" Ethan looks at me
"Because. I'm sick of always been walked over E. All my life it's been like that. I actually want to stand up for myself for once and not have people like y'all defending me because then you end up hurt" I sighed
"We don't care Mads. We're protecting you" Ethan looks at me
"Well that's partly the problem. There's so many of y'all that will just jump out and say shit when it hits rock bottom" I look at Ethan
"She hit you Maddie.." Ethan looked at me concerned
"I know. And that's okay. I'll deal with it." I look at Ethan
"How? Remember she's the popular one. She can have people gang up on you just like that" Ethan looks at me
"I know. Just let me handle this one..." I looked at Ethan "please?"
"Okay fine. But we'll be there incase it all goes bad" Ethan nods
I walked back downstairs
"You okay babe?" Grayson smiled
"I'm good" I nodded
